    We recently dined at La Piquette and had a great experience. Our party of four was celebrating an anniversary and a birthday, and the afternoon couldn't have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in, the cozy, intimate setting created the ideal atmosphere for our special celebrations. We skipped the appetizers and ordered our entrees, which included Prime Beef Steak and Frites, Lobster Risotto, Halibut, and Sautéed Fresh NC Shrimp. Each dish was a perfect blend of flavors and textures, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. It was evident that the chefs put a lot of passion and creativity into their culinary creations. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring every detail of our dining experience was right. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, adding a personal touch to our celebrations. And don’t overlook their desserts! They were the perfect ending to a perfect meal. The sweet treats were as delightful and creative as the main courses, leaving us thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Overall, La Piquette exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. The only thing that would make me hesitant to return again would be the 2+ hour ride up I95. No, on second thought, not even that would keep us from being repeat customers.

    Valentine's dinner was nice but tables are far too close together -- no privacy at all for couples on a special night. Food was generally quite good but desserts were a weakpoint -- especially the chocolate mouse which was not light and fluffy as a mousse should be. Adding a rose for the women at the conclusion of the meal was a nice touch though.

    We have been to this restaurant many times, but today was the Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe dinner. A beautiful, charming experience with delicious French cuisine. Our servers were very attentive, and we were greeted warmly. Upon our arrival. We definitely look forward to making this in annual tradition.

    Tres magnifique! Even though it was Valentine's Day, service, food and vibe was top notch as always. Love this place.

    This restaurant is a special place. Our waitress was kind and the pave of the meal was perfect. The food was delicious and the wine was lovely. I would highly recommend La Piquette.

    As usual, the duck, skate, and apple tart were outstanding. I’m going to Paris next month and will be delighted if I find restaurants that can match La Piquette.

    Will definitely return to La Piquette. Great location, friendly efficient staff, classic French fare superbly prepared and generously apportioned, and did I mention the libations? Loved the fricassee de champignons, duck confit and dame glace.

    La Piquette is a bistro right out of France. We've enjoyed every visit and always look forward to returning. If you like French cuisine, this is the place for you.
