Het was really good and she was very professional with her work. She had a great knowledge of the dishes that are listed on the Menu. She recommended Tiramisu dessert which is the best seller. Unfortunately, we were so full that there was no room for a dessert. As promised to her, we will be back for the dessert’s very soon. Thank you, Het!

I was so excited for the Eataly brunch. It was a horrible and I was very let down. The pancakes were very dry, i couldnt finish them. My partner ordered the panino breakfast sandwich and it was actually good. The coffee machine was broken so they said i had to go to the cafe down the hall and could bring the drink back - they should have done this and brought it to me why am i paying for service if i had to go get the coffee myself and bring it back, leaving my partner at the table alone for 10 minutes while i waited for my drink was not a very nice experience. The server also disappeared when we wanted our cheque and we had to ask another waitress to get it for us. We still tipped i dont know why we did though.. just courteous of us, but the service was terrible. the food also came out at wildly different times. we finished our waters with no refill offered or checked. i will not be back for another brunch here as i was so disappointed and

Excellent food and service. The risotto del mare was delicious and the cocktails were well mixed. Highly recommend.

I came here for brunch - the famous tiramisu pancakes, to be exact. We were a group of 4, and we all ordered some form of coffee beverage, an egg dish, and the pancakes for the table. First of all, our waiter was in LALA LAND. My friend ordered an iced americano with a side of milk, and he looked at her with utter confusion and asked her to explain it numerous times. He then immediately brought her a glass filled with ice, and then 15 minutes later, a shot of hot espresso, no milk. His tray was filled with the other 3 coffees, so we assumed he could come back with the milk, but he didn't. By the time we flagged him down and finally got the milk another 10 minutes later, the ice in her cup had completely melted, and it took him forever to bring more. The food took over 45 minutes to arrive. The pancakes, which we were all really looking forward to, looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for at least 20 minutes. We are all current / ex-industry workers, so we know first hand what that looks like. They were uncharacteristically dry and sad looking. The one positive is that he took it off our table & bill with minimal pushback. The eggs were fine, but not worth waiting 45 minutes for. If you're coming here for the pancakes like we were, save yourself the trip.

Came with a vegetarian who ate eggs and a person who had a gluten allergy and dairy intolerant for brunch. It was impossible to find anything for either of them to eat. Also they don’t have tea on the menu at all, but they sell it at their store???

I don’t recommend the following dishes: 1. UOVA AL FORNO CON SPINACI, FUNGHI, E TALEGGIO - this was lacking flavour and took a really long time to be prepared (approx 25 mins) 2. SALMONE AFFUMICATO - this was dry and the bread tasted like regular white bread.

Excellent! recommended by a friend and first time visiting Eatily. The pasta with tomato sauce was the equivalent of the pasta I've had in Italy, the ravioli, the two different pizza's were all fantastic. A group of 5 women all sharing these dishes and we loved all of them. Loved the Happy Hour cocktails!! Will def. be back! The server was lovely, difficult to hear (extremely soft spoken and my hearing isn't the greatest in high ceiling environments).
