Ate here for our anniversary dinner. The food was delicious, authentic, and very fresh. The service was excellent, from the friendly hostess who seated us at a beautiful window table, to our genuine waitress who made recommendations, and delivered our food in a kind and thoughtful way. We really enjoyed our experience, and highly recommend.

Pizza was excellent tasting but a tad on the wet side. Fruitti del Mara was excellent.

This review is not reflective of the restaurant. This feedback is for Open Table reservation system. The booking came through for the incorrect restaurant at Eataly. I made the the reservation for La Pizza & La Pasta however the booking was directed to the La Piazza restaurant which is incorrect. I received a booking confirmation from Open Table showing the correct restaurant in the email heading however inside the body of the confirmation email it was for the incorrect restaurant.

The food cost was quite high for the very small size of the portions. I have eaten here many times before in the past and my companion and I were quite taken aback when the food arrived and we saw how little there was. Really like half a meal for $40 each with tax and tip. Food was very nice, great service and view out the window.

Het was really good and she was very professional with her work. She had a great knowledge of the dishes that are listed on the Menu. She recommended Tiramisu dessert which is the best seller. Unfortunately, we were so full that there was no room for a dessert. As promised to her, we will be back for the dessert’s very soon. Thank you, Het!

I was so excited for the Eataly brunch. It was a horrible and I was very let down. The pancakes were very dry, i couldnt finish them. My partner ordered the panino breakfast sandwich and it was actually good. The coffee machine was broken so they said i had to go to the cafe down the hall and could bring the drink back - they should have done this and brought it to me why am i paying for service if i had to go get the coffee myself and bring it back, leaving my partner at the table alone for 10 minutes while i waited for my drink was not a very nice experience. The server also disappeared when we wanted our cheque and we had to ask another waitress to get it for us. We still tipped i dont know why we did though.. just courteous of us, but the service was terrible. the food also came out at wildly different times. we finished our waters with no refill offered or checked. i will not be back for another brunch here as i was so disappointed and
