Always a great experience, with lovely fish and seafood. Simply done, and it’s all there on the slab to choose from. Nic is always a genial host and he is pleased to see us, although we are not regular diners. If you are in Marylebone and like fish/seafood, then you will not be disappointed. Booking essential as it’s a small place.

Best oyster bar in London. This is experience dining. You truly feel the love of the owner who ensures he takes care of every table himself. I have been here many times but from my first visit i was treated like i had been the best customer and friend of the restaurant. Depending on the atmosphere you are looking for you can be seated in the more lively or more quiet areas of the restaurant. No matter what you are looking for, you will find it.

Amazing chef’s specially dish with summer / tomato based sauce. Cod liver was also a high light that’s rich in flavour and slightly smoky. Lovely cozy bistro vibe

Great place to enjoy one of the best seafood and fish in London. Super relaxed atmosphere, kind of neighbourhood restaurant. Unspoiled, excellent.

Excellent food but the servers were not well informed about which fish were which. I found this unusual. Also it was unclear how much the fish was going to cost before we went ahead to purchase. Wish this was more clear. Despite these negatives, the saffron butter sauce was outstanding with our halibut and the sea bass we had was very good. I loved the samphire!

We had a lovely meal, our server was extremely charming and gave us great service. Gold star for her! The food was very good, as always, the small dishes overall better than the mains. We were very pleased with our visit!

Dinner in a fishmongers gets you as near to the sea and you can be. Gets better and better every time we visit. Superb food, excellent wine, full of personality and character.
