Another terrific experience at La Petite Brasserie. This was our 4th visit and the food has always been great. However, service had been a problem on our first three visits due to a friendly but inexperienced staff. Happy to say that they have addressed that problem and the service was up to the level of the food on last week’s visit. Can’t wait for visit #5!

This is a very charming restaurant with lovely staff. The food is excellent Sadly 2hr wait from starters to mains means we will not be returning

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was first class as was the choice of wine that was recommended. The cost was very good considering the standard of food. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and we will definitely be back.

Lovely food from a varied menu with a bonus of amuse Bouche. Good wine list and attentive service. The only downside was it wasn’t very busy which was surprising given it was a Friday night. This may be down to its location as although not far it is set back from most of the restaurants in town

An excellent meal in a charming restaurant that we chanced upon during a weekend in Cheltenham. Very varied and tasty amuse bouche, great starters including soufflé and perfectly cooked venison and steak. Good wines to match.,Nice jazz not too loud but occasionally interrupted by very loud radio adverts! Overall an oasis in what seemed to be an area of huge noisy corporate establishments.

Lovely food, well presented and in good sized potions. An excellent experience. We would definitely go again. The menu was fairly small, but diverse with something for just about any dietary persuasion (as far as I could tell). The dessert menu was very limited, but the apple flambe rum baba was an experience to be repeated - a deconstructed rum baba delight not at all like the heavy, cloying, sugary concoctions I remember from my youth, and starting with a pan of flaming calvados. We were confused when we first walked in as the chef and wait staff seemed to be Indian, but the chef's skills were excellent, and his resume indicates his extensive experience in high end kitchens. I had chicken with truffle which was delicious, and seemed very French. I don't know what French cuisine purists would think, but for someone who wants a delicious pre-theatre meal, I would recommend.

Service was excellent, although I little slow for us personally. Flavours were lovely but food could have been warmer. Not very busy for a Friday evening. I think if they could get more people in and make sure the food is warmer this could be a great little place.

Had a very pleasant experience at La Petite Brasserie. The food was amazing, especially the monkfish. I would definately recommend to family and friends.

I recently visited La Petite Brasserie after their refurbishment, and it was fantastic! The new decor is elegant and inviting. I started with the crab, which was fresh and flavorful, and followed it with the venison for the main course, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The staff was attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this Cheltenham gem!
