We use authentic Mexican ingredients. From the hand-made tortilla to the chiles in nogada. Also we can cook for you on the edge of your table to wrap the magic that generates this type of cuisine.
We have exclusive tequilas and mezcales that can be enjoyed in the authentic Mexican way guided by our hosts and get to know the most intimate secrets of mezcal and tequila. We will also have the most exclusive cocktails menu where you can enjoy mixtures developed by our expert mixologists.
La Patrona will also feature "The Patrona’s Table", an exclusive place where you can experience the true secrets of ancient dishes that will fill you with new flavors and a great culinary experience.
We open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. everyday.

Excellent experience at La Patrona. Danny provided exceptional service and the food was delicious. We sat under cover on the water…. It was so nice! I highly recommend La Patrona!

After reading great reviews we were excited to try La Patrona for cinco de mayo! Unfortunately, it was buffet style which wasn’t advertised so we didn’t find out until we got there. The service was minimal due to the buffet, the margaritas were terrible and the food was just okay. I wouldn’t recommend for when they have the buffet but for a regular dinner menu it might be better.

Our waiter Danny was great. He provided outstanding service and was friendly and courteous. We had some great conversations while he made our evening special. Chef prepared a special dish we requested and the rest of our selections were absolutely delicious. We thought we were back in Mazatlan. We are bringing friends when they arrive in Sint Maarten next week!
