La Onda Latin Mex restaurant is an authentic Latin Mex venue serving flavours that draw from the vastness of Latin American and Mexican cuisine.
Located in the heart of Dromana, our venue sits across from the beach where the sounds of Latin American music blend with the rhythm of the ocean waves to create a unique dining experience in the Mornington Peninsula.
Let us inspire you with the love we all share for authentic cuisine straight from the heart of our history.
Our restaurant offers a-la-carte menu and the dishes are created with fresh produce and techniques from our talented kitchen team lead by Chef Roxy Flores. Our signature dish is the Fish taco, beef burritos and layered Nachos and don't forget our Margaritas and Mexican beers to get the fiesta started!

    Amazing food and service was excellent. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Oh and Margarita’s were perfect

    What a delicious meal. Everything was homemade and had heaps of flavour. The meat fell off the ribs, service was fantastic!

    We loved everything about. Food was fab, service was warm friendly and attentive. Such a sweet, quirky and cosy atmosphere. Absolutely loved it!

    Service and food were both fabulous. Would definitely recommend and will go again. Churros were to die for!!!

    Great date night venue, great service. Loved the Diego taco share plate and the jug of cocktail.

    Sorry to say definitely was not the best Mexican we have had . We are spoilt where we live for top quality food and this did not come close J Fitzroy Melbourne

    As locals we would highly recommend this restaurant and although it gets very busy we always have a great experience between the food, the service and the attentiveness of Mama Roxy who obviously puts a lot of love into what she does. Love it! David and Alison
