Unlimited brunch not worth the expense. Despite prompt seating at noon for our party of five, the food was slow to arrive, and no salsa was available, only hot sauce. We endured a lengthy wait for French toast, and the server seemed uncertain. Disappointing experience for the price. Unlikely to return perhaps new management.

I ordered chicken enchiladas and they were supposed to come with rice and beans. The kitchen gave me a spring salad. No one asked me if I wanted a salad. This shows very poor communication and disrespect. They just brought me whatever they could throw together. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

Some of the food options were unavailable, the margarita I had tasted like juice. Great ambience, temperature control wasn’t addressed, the AC was a bit too much.

This has been my worst Dallas restaurant experience by far. I had my birthday dinner here with a party of 10 and would not recommend this to anyone else. I will say to start there were no major issues. The hostess and waitress did the best they could, and the ambiance is really nice. The issue came in with the kitchen. We were sat around 8:15 and ordered food around 8:45. Our food took over an hour and the restaurant wasn’t packed. Our waitress apologized and explained their kitchen was backed up however when the food arrived some of it was cold, bland, and one person in our party didn’t even receive their food. The worst part is when I spoke to the manager and complained about the experience he told me to “calm down, take a breath” as if I wasn’t supposed to be upset. Not to mention the restaurant turns into a lounge so the music was pretty loud. Overall I’d say don’t come here for anything other than happy hour or to grab drinks.

Our waitress gabby was great, but it took over an hour and half to get our food- price value was not worth the food we received. Food was burnt, and what was on the menu did not reflect what was brought out. While the drinks were good as well, La Neta is not a place I would go back to.

I love the drag show and the brunch was really good. The drinks were on point. But the only thing they can improve is in the service. Our waiter was a bartender too so I felt was so much for her to handle. She took forever to take the food order , to get us drinks and to check us out. But other than that it was great. I will definitely come back. Hopefully I won’t get the same waiter.

This was the absolute worst experience ever! Our reservation was at 6:00pm, and ordered drinks and appetizers which came out fairly quickly. However, things turned for the worse when we place our entree orders only for the waiter to return 20mins later to inform us they were out of seafood and empanadas. We asked to speak to the manager “Eric” who informed us they’re top chef had recently quit and didn’t place the food order and that he had to call to get supplies from other restaurants, in which it would take an hour to get here and he would send us a round a shots, if we chose to wait for the supplies. We then place another order of appetizers only to wait over an hour and still nothing!!! We asked the waiter several times for an update and was brushed off while other tables received their entrees and appetizers. We finally left the restaurant to eat elsewhere! The only good thing about this place is the drinks! This was my birthday celebration, which was ruined by the lack of professionalism and poor service!

We should have been more transparent and proactive in addressing the issues, and I regret that we fell short in providing you with the level of service you deserved. We went for their first drag brunch. The show was amazing but the service was absolutely terrible. When we walked in the host just looked at us and didn't say a word. Our waiter kept forgetting our drinks and brought us the wrong food TWICE. Maybe the staff was a little overwhelmed with it being their first drag brunch but we all expected more. Again, the drag show was AMAZING!
