La Mancha Tapas bar was established in 1998. We have taken the humble tapa also known as an appetiser to a different level by producing authentic Spanish cuisine in racione portions for the concept of sharing.

We have created in the heart of Rochdale, a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere – ideal for either a snack and a glass of excellent Spanish Vino or a party night out. Our friendly staff look forward to welcoming you at the Restaurant.

                                                                                                                  La manach has been one of my favourite restaurants of all time for as long as I can remember. However recently the quality is just poor. I've given it the benefit of the doubt a couple of times now but last night was the worst. The chicken or prawns in garlic white wine and chilli used to come in nice oil and now it like a thick garlic paste which just makes it inedible.. chicken doesn't taste fresh and the prawns certainly wasn't as they had overly fishy taste,smell and the texture wasn't right. The beef in paprika was all fat and chewy. Potatas braves changed. Paella mushy. I can only assume it's a new chef which is fine for the dishes changing but not for the quality. In 3 years our bill has gone from £70 - £120, this would be completely acceptable had the quality stated the same. Servers were lovely and helpful.

                                                                                                                  Amazing as usual, best tapas place we've been to. Food was delicious and hot. We took my partners parents this time, it was their first time at La Mancha, they loved it and will return.
