Located on the 34th floor of the recently debuted AC Hotel Downtown LA, La Lo La Rooftop, is an ethereal, sophisticated oasis high above the heart of DTLA. Spanning almost 4,000 sq.ft, the expansive wraparound rooftop, designed by award-winning design studio Yabu Pushelberg, provides an intimate setting for visitors and locals. Guests are invited to enjoy specialty cocktails, Spanish-style tapas, and a rotating program of live music and DJs — all with commanding 270 degree views of the city.

A billion dollar view. The food consists of appetizers, no full meals. It can get a little cold up there so maybe have something to put on your arms. But I love this place, will be back again!

The food and wine list are mediocre. We tried all the tapas. The best were the patatas, Brussels sprouts and gambas. The rest forget about them. The wine list which is 4 times of retail is extremely mediocre to bad. I had the casa Bilbao Tempranillo which was served too warm (around 80 F) so clearly not cellared. Not that I would cellar this wine. The service was good but when I received the bill I didn’t realize that they had added 20% for service and they asked for additional tip. I gave 20%. So I gave 40% for tip without realizing. That is dishonest.

Great music and ambiance a bit more consideration on food is needed. The service and greater and servers were all great. The girlfriend liked it over all.

Very nice but service wasn’t great. It wasn’t busy and the service took too long and at the end of everything they automatically put a tip on your bill.
