    Excelente pero detalles que mejorar. Servicio: Tardaron en atendernos al inicio, tuvimos que preguntar quien sera nuestro mesero y si podiamos comenzar con las bebidas (había pocas mesas que atender). Después de eso el servicio fue 10/10 con ella. Estaba muy bien capacitada para dar recomendaciones en cuanto a alimentos, bebidas, preparaciones, etc. Alimentos: QMT mejorar la presentación. Los pedazos de tostadas demasiados grandes, no es visualmente apetitoso, y no se ve el atun. Esta escondido, aun mas con la poca iluminación/sombras del establecimiento. Mole duck: Agregar mas salsa, estuvo un poco seco y como falto salsa, falto sabor. Los demas platillos/postres excelentes excelentes. Coctelería 10/10. Ambiente: El concepto que tenian de la pizarra estaba padrisima, era un concepto unico en Vallarta y menu de variedad. Extrañamos eso. Las luces tipo antro no van con el concepto y le quitan la atencion a la decoración unica. Tambien le quita la vista de ver todo en blanco. Le falto un poco de volumen a la musica, estuvo demasiado silencioso. Nos gusto la experiencia, pero nos encantaba hace un año. Los platillos/cocteles un poco elevados los precios.

    Visitamos el lugar por fama del chef Alfonso Cadena y no nos decepcionó, buena música y nivel adecuado de volumen, ambiente relajado, entradas y plato fuerte buen sabor y presentación, a los postres solo le pondríamos 4/5, la nieve de palomitas de caramelo no estuvo del todo lograda y la coctelería 4.5/5.

    Todo súper excelente , desde cuando llegas las muchachas súper lindas .. en particular Pamela la verdad le gusta y desarrolla muy bien la atención a los clientes súper atenta y muy servicial … hasta nos tomó unas fotos excelentes .. La comida en todos los sentidos muy rica … y los postres y bebidas no tienen nombre .. 10/10 .. volveremos al Día siguiente .. a celebrar la Independencia de México ..

    I came to celebrate my birthday with my partner and close friends and it was an experience that none of us have had before. The service was great, the atmosphere was very unique and I was just astonished of the art work.

    Overall experience was good to slightly above average. Service was good and gave us space to enjoy each item along the way. Cocktails were great and we would go back to share a drink and skip the food. Food was ok. We had the shrimp and mussels in red sauce which was good but for an entree was relatively small but a nice start to the meal. Both bread appetizers they brought out (tuna and garlic butter) were awful. They also brought them out without asking and then we were charged 85 pesos at the end for “bread”. Not cool and not worth any amount of money. We got the steak taco appetizer and the pork ribs for our meals. Pork ribs were phenomenal but the potatoes and corn that came with it were both inedible. The steak tacos were the most flavorless tacos in all of Mexico. Not even salt on there. I tried to drown them in the red sauce they provided and added the hot peppers and still was lacking in flavor. Meat was chewy and unseasoned. For dessert we shared the chocolate ganache and it was the highlight of the meal. Decadent and rich but with good balance. Come for cocktails and dessert and skip the extremely overpriced food and get real Mexican food elsewhere. In total we spent 3700 MX or $200 USD for the two of us. It was cool to try once but will try other options in PV rather than returning.
