La Hacienda Ranch in Dallas is a Texas favorite and has been providing quality Tex-Mex cuisine for several years now. La Hacienda Ranch was founded by Mariano Martinez who is the inventor of the Frozen Margarita Machine, which is in the Smithsonian in Washington D.C.

Some of the entres at La Hacienda Ranch in Dallas include mesquite grilled Tenderloin Filet, Bone-in Ribeye, and Fajitas. La Hacienda Ranch in Dallas also has a special event room.                       Our experience at LaHacienda was excellent in every way. The service was attentive, top notch and the food was outstanding. Can’t beat the ambience as they have many original artwork murals, a couple of cozy fireplace’s and many fun things to see in several dining rooms. This restaurant doesn’t disappoint in anyway. We’ll be back, guaranteed!

                      Service was outstanding. Margaritas were great. Food order was accurate, and tasty just not the best Mexican I’ve ever had. This was my first time to visit, and I would recommend LaHacienda to a friend.

                      We were seated at a booth in the bar which I guess wasn't assigned a waiter/waitress. The chips hot sauce came immediately which was nice but took a while before the manager asked if we had drink orders taken (which we had not) nor water brought to the table. Then had to flag someone down to take food order and once we received the check, I had to take it to the bar to get checked out. Very unusual night, but the fajita nachos were AMAZING :-)

                      We eat at this restaurant because it has a very nice gluten free menu! Generally we eat at the Frisco, Tx location but met friends this time at the one in Plano. You start your visit with fresh chips and two types of salsa(one cold and one warm) then we order the Table side Guacamole to be made fresh at your table. Everything we’ve ordered at the two locations is always 5 Star. If you enjoy delicious mixed drinks, they have alcoholic and “virgin” drinks that are very good.

                      Wasn't as good as it used to be. I was kind of disappointed. I haven't been there in a few years. We used to have lunch there often. I got the same think I used to get.. the chicken fajitas. Seemed like the amount of chicken was not as much as used to be given, but I don't really remember. I do think there used to be an option of a lunch menu size, but there was only one menu offered and it didn't have a lunch menu section and we were there at 12:15 on a Friday. The tortillas were a little on the crisp side. The refried beans had hard bits of bean in them instead of being smooth and creamy. I'm going to choose the button that says I would recommend to a friend, but I would honestly tell them exactly what I said in this review... that it used to be better, or I will possibly try it again on another day and see if the experience is the same and make the choice after that whether I think it is worth recommending or not.

                      I made a reservation on 5 de Mayo to celebrate my uncles 50th bday with the family at the Preston location. The food and drinks were so delicious!!! The staff was great we were treated like family and made feel special ! Our server Hugo was super attentive and we even got greeted by the manager Rafa. Thanks guys ! Such a special family day with yummy food
