Overall, we enjoyed the X’mas dinner at this restaurant. However, the service was just OK level, and not excellent despite the fact that this restaurant is in the five-star hotel. I reserved a table several weeks ago, and they assigned us not a reserved table but the same one as we sat at for breakfast. They did not get us a much better one with the garden view until we requested. The dishes tasted good, but somehow they were Thai tastes while they said they were French restaurant. We needed to wait too long to have the main dishes after we finished the appetizer for the course. Good place, but not excellent.

From the moment we walked in until the time we left, the service and hospitality were both perfect! Erich was an amazing server and very well versed in every aspect of our meal, from the drinks to dinner to dessert! This wasn't our first choice but we had to pivot at the last minute and I'm so glad we did! Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Eve experience! We will definitely be back for our next trip to Munich!

Outstanding service and food! My husband and I came on our first night after arrival from the US. Very jet-lagged. Our server Gloria was the most charming, impeccably hospitable, and attentive waitress we have ever had! The food was sooo delicious, including a free starter gazpacho from the chef. I am gluten-free and the chef was kind enough to tailor my meal perfectly to my desires. The restaurant’s atmosphere is like a lush fairytale garden tucked into the heart of the city. The staff treated us royally. I cannot say enough Danke Schons! Most highly recommend to other travelers.
