With a dazzling dining gallery featuring 40’ glass ceilings, this one-of-a-kind brasserie is built in the tradition of the Belle Epoque, inspired by elegant and ornamental Art Nouveau style. The menu features French classics and timeless bistro favorites, with a focus on prime cuts and an in-house meat program. In addition to an extensive wine list and classic cocktails, La Grande Boucherie also features an inspired menu of absinthe-driven signature drinks.

The food was lovely and the service attentive. We had booked an outside table but were told the inside was prettier and moved to a table there instead. However, it was extremely hot inside which made it a little uncomfortable. Overall, we had a lovely evening with friends though.

Exceedingly pleasant Saturday midafternoon French lunch in covered multi storied atrium with view of busy large indoor bar. Oysters, Caesar salad, delicate French dip with fries, scallops on a bed of corn polenta, small piece of rich chocolate cake, wonderful large Paris Brest. Very good California Cabernet. One of NYC’s finest successful midtown restaurants.

Truly amazing experience. Tatianna was such a goood server. She was so sweet and made our day so special. The food was SO good. the french dip was soooo good. Thank you Tatianna and staff for such an awesome meal. :)

Charlie was an amazing server. My wife and I were in NYC celebrating our anniversary with a matinee Broadway show and had reservations at La Grand Boucherie. We told Charlie that we only had an hour to get drinks, eat, and get back to Times Square in time for the show. Not only did our food come out hot and delicious, but he got us out in enough time for us to get a great place in line for our show—all while having provided us a nice crème brûlée and commemorative takeaway from the restaurant as a gift! Thanks Charlie!

This is such a lovely space — especially for pre-theatre— great service and you just feel so special in this garden setting.
