A big brasserie that you enter mid-block. Good food and service, but noisy and they need to eliminate the ambient music so you can hear each other. We had the lamb chops, prime rib, beef bourguignon and eggplant casserole and enjoyed them all. Our St. Emilion 2019 was delicious and reasonable. They also need to enlarge and update the ladies restroom.

Great food, drinks and service! Went for our anniversary and the gave us a semi private table. Only two table in this area. Very nice. Would definitely go again.

Very pleased with our service tonight. We originally had a 5:45p outside reservation but were accommodated at 4:40p inside which was preferred. The wait staff were punctual and polite and the food was excellent as we come to expect. A++++

Great place with fantastic food (esp the French onion soup) and the service was simply outstanding. Was a bit surprised that the did not have a small seafood fork for the oysters but they were delicious

Restaurant’s ambience and decor is quite lovely. Service is very good with an appropriate amount of attention. Food was delicious!! This is my second time there and will continue to recommend it. The only thing I found a bit odd was that the music seemed contrary to the atmosphere of the restaurant and that it serves French food. It played a lot of American pop songs. At one point, when I mentioned this to the rest of my dinner party (they agreed), it felt like someone on the staff might have overheard me and the music switched to French with the sound lowered, which was great.

La Grand Boucherie is a beautiful spot for a romantic dinner date, friend’s brunch or any time you want soak in the art nouveau ambiance. The service is exceptional and the menu does not disappoint. I will be back. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect French fare. We had the chicken and the onion soup and they were both perfect. Take you back to Paris.
