With a dazzling dining gallery featuring 40’ glass ceilings, this one-of-a-kind brasserie is built in the tradition of the Belle Epoque, inspired by elegant and ornamental Art Nouveau style. The menu features French classics and timeless bistro favorites, with a focus on prime cuts and an in-house meat program. In addition to an extensive wine list and classic cocktails, La Grande Boucherie also features an inspired menu of absinthe-driven signature drinks.

                  My wife and I were celebrating our 5th anniversary. If you gave me another chance to plan this day differently, I would not be able to create a more perfect dining experience. The food was absolutely exquisite. The space itself was a work of art. But what really made this experience exceptional was the staff--especially our waiter Namik. The staff made sure to make our special day even more special with a lovely table. It gave us a great vantage point to appreciate the thoughtfully arranged space, the tasteful pieces of art along the walls and ceiling, and see how relaxed the environment was. All kinds of people were dressed in all matter of ways, so everyone seemed very comfortable. Namik was such a wonderful companion to our evening. He gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision while also being available whenever we needed him. His knowledge of the menu, friendly and accomodating demeanor, and generally kind presence really made our night one to remember. I'm considering making La Grande Boucherie one of our regular dining experiences and making sure Namik is there to look after us. This experience was absolutely worth every penny and then some.

                  Staff was friendly and welcoming. It was my companion’s birthday and they were birthday greetings galore from the first contact with staff., concluded with an “on the house“ dessert with a candle in it. Very nice. We had been seated near an open pair of doors that got to be a problem because it was a very windy day. Staff very graciously and appropriately responded to our request to have the doors closed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

                  This is a fabulous spot. Architecture is just lovely & unique - very classic/old NYC. Food, drinks & service equally good.

                  Food was very good. Support staff was awesome. Fun bright chic decor. Reserved outdoor table, they seated us inside. Ok. Inside was L-O-U-D. Deafening. I think service would have been good with any other waiter. Ours was particularly distracted. He hung out at wait station with his back to the tables. Wine list was subpar at best. If they honor outdoor reservation I’d be open to trying again.

                  Excellent experience from the moment we walked in to the time we left. Our server was super sweet and attentive. Giving an anniversary gift at the end of the meal was a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend this if you are in the area. Food was absolutely delicious
