Located at 699 14th Street on the coveted corner of 14th and G Street NW, La Grande Boucherie is situated on the most high-profile street in Washington D.C., just one block away from the White House. The restaurant is built in elegant and ornamental Art Nouveau style, evoking the sense of optimism from the turn of the 20th century. The brasserie’s menu features both classic and modern French dishes, with focus on the meat program, raw bar and extravagant large-format meats, ideal for sharing and celebrating. Mahogany wood and glass partitions divide the gargantuan space to create intimate dining experiences. These pieces are adorned in gilded accents and uniquely curved arches inspired by the 20th-century Art Nouveau movement of Paris. The main dining room highlights a massive curved bar with a metal top imported from Paris, a signature piece of Boucherie.

What an exquisite experience! Magnificent space and the group have done an amazing job with this location. The ceiling is mesmorizing. The staff are hospitable, and the food is delicious. Definitely recommend it for others! Will most likely be interested in an event hosted here mid-July.

Beautiful restaurant, great service, and good food. The only thing i would like to recommend to cut down on the noise is softer, or better, music choices. A beautiful restaurant should have beautiful soft music. Tonight, it was very loud. Soft jazz would have been nice.

The ambiance was amazing, staff were top notch and hospitable, and the food was fantastic. The French onion soup, steak frites, and profiteroles were delicious!

I had a great experience. The food was fresh and flavorful, and everything was prepared with care. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout the meal. The ambience was perfect we had an enjoyable dining experience all around.

This was a great first experience at La Boucherie. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Walking in, the place is gorgeous, the service is top notch and the food was delicious. Our server Mouhssine was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations for food and wine.

Came here for a late lunch and as always, nothing short of amazing. I ordered the mussels to start. Also the French onion soup is always a must and lastly, the Braised Oxtail. The meat just melts off the bone. Highly recommend. The vibe, music and ambiance it always a 10/10

Outstanding food in an elegant space. The service was terrible as they were short staffed. The managerial team made it better, but they need to up their game with waitstaff.

A very beautiful restaurant with two floors, each with a awesome design. The staff is very friendly and polite, very professional. Steve gave us an outstanding service, he has a great knowlege about the food, he explained us everything about the menu, and responded every one of our questions. The food was delicious, we started with oysters and they were super fresh, then the rest of food came on time and it was exceptional, I loved the branzino, it was full of flavor. We will definetly come back.

Awesome place, I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is super efficient. Steven was our server, exceptional one, he has a great knowledge about the menu and responded each and every one of our questions. Overall, the quality is outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Food pretty fresh, oyster delicious, I had the Boeuf à la Bourguignon, very satisfied with it, very tender, great flavor. I will definitely come back and bring friends and family with me.
