Our wait staff - Manny, Michael and Connor - were outstanding. Michael noticed our table was rocky and disruptive and was so kind to insist on replacing our table with a sturdier one which took under a minute. Connor saw this gesture and gifted us a round of champagne on the house for the inconvenience of the table. Michael followed up with a second round of champagne after ensuring we were having a lovely experience, which we were. Many thanks to Michael and Connor!! A very lovely and wonderful experience was had.

Beautiful decor and wonderful building. One loud table ruined it for everybody. Staff brought us upstairs where it was much quieter to have a conversation.

Felt like being in a Paris brasserie. We and our guests enjoyed all the dishes we had.

Very nice place for lunch on a Saturday as we are celebrating wedding anniversary. Although in River North but not crowded in the day and peaceful ambiance; scenic view as there are tables both by the window or outdoors with nice flower/plant decorations. Food was delicious including dessert which was on the house, and that was nice too. Would like to go there sometime in the future for dinner.

Dinner reminded me of my recent trip to Luxembourg - where they serve French food but with German size portions! Prawn appetizer (special) was exceptionally delicious with capers and cream sauce; the Beef Bourguignon was rich, layers of flavors with beef, mushrooms and mashed potatoes - QUALITY — and the service (at the bar) was attentive, knowledgable and welcoming. The ambiance or vibe at the restaurant was perfect - could work well for a special event, a great Friday Night or even a business event. Friday night was buzzing but not crazy insane.

We had an amazing server who made sure everything was to our liking. The food was good and the ambiance was great; little respite downtown with live music, great drinks, and pretty decor.

We had an anniversary dinner here. We usually don’t like chains for special occasions but really wanted to try this place. We loved it. It was a beautiful restaurant. The staff was nice and friendly. We had drinks and wine. La vien rose?? It was so good. We had carpaccio appetizer and it was delicious! Filet and leek mussels were very good! Pomme frites as a side are a must!!! Mashed potato pot was so creamy and herby but so smooth. Crème brûlée for dessert with cafe Latte! A perfect meal!!!!

Food was ok- a lot of things were out or not working which was a bummer - my parents are on a low salt diet and complained their food was overly salted (could have just been to their taste) - over all beautiful restaurant and excellent service! We will come back for lunch or dinner to try as well.
