Absolutely love La Grande Boucherie!! I’m a fan favorite of the NYC ones and the Chicago location is just stunning! Staff were very welcoming and we loved Z our bartender. Very friendly, so knowledgeable & he’s great company as well! The escargot is definitely one of my faves - it’s really out of this world. The wagyu carpaccio is pretty amazing and I loved that it’s not so paper thin like others. Their Pomme Frites and Mac & Cheese - wow, heavenly. I was too stuffed to eat the duck but from what I did have, it was lovely. This is already on my list of top 10 restaurants… see you again soon & thank YOU for coming to Chicago!

I had an incredible dining experience last night. The room was incredible, but the food and service were even better. Our server was attentive and went all out to ensure we had a great time last night. We got to speak with head Chef Taus who even brought out dessert with a candle for my girlfriend’s birthday. This is my new favorite Chicago spot and I will definitely be dining again!

A very well done Disneyland replica of a Paris Bistro with a full menu, very good food and professional service. However, I doubt that there is a bistro in all of France that can reach the noise level of this room thanks to the amplifying tile floors and large groups of office buddies or conventioneers screaming at the bar--accompanied by a pounding base soundtrack that, when it can be heard at all, seems oddly out of place. You'll leave well-fed, well-served, hoarse, ears ringing and vowing to take that trip to Paris the next time you feel like some bistro ambiance.

This was my second time dining at la Grande Boucherie. And it was like the first. Simply wonderful. This time I got the tomatoe salad and even though is the end of summer the Tomatoes were fresh and delicious. Had the NYC and fries the meat was cooked to a perfect medium rare. And the fries were crispy and very well seasoned. But the best part was the dessert. I had the Paris-Brest and it was amazing, light and delicious We had Manuel and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He made great suggestions and overall great.

Walking into the "Bouch" is like being transported back to Paris 100 years ago. It's absolutely GORGEOUS, and once an Absinthe and a glass of White Burgundy settles the stomach, the Escargot kicks things off (HUGE ORDER PS). The Steak Tartar is sensational, and BOTH specials last night: the Steak (filet) Diane, and the Sea Bass were superb. We chose to drink Gran Marinier for Dessert but our server Marco knew everything about the menu AND made us drinks! The place has a laid back vibe and the big guy walking around who runs the place couldn't be more charming. 5 stars all the way thru.

Kept reminding myself how beautiful the restaurant is whenever I looked up and around. Food was delicious - especially loved the French onion soup. I always order one when I see it on the menu and this was one of the best. Big group shared a bunch of apps, we liked them all. Friendly waiter and hostess. Great night. Will be back!

I understand restaurants have off nights, but the service was exceedingly poor. Didn’t get checked on very frequently, drinks were late, etc. Started raining and we weren’t really offered help to move inside until we asked for it. Food was good, but not great.
