Decor not changed from previously owned Italian restaurant, but that restaurant had better food, based on this visit. Salad portions were generous, but Caesar salad lacking in flavor...pasta with shrimp was bland...service was slow despite tables not full...nothing that "knocked my socks off"; toss up if I'll return

Food is always amazing! The filet mignon was like butter, rare was the way to go! Our waiter Rick was attentive and provided good recommendations. The halibut was delicious. Our friend really enjoyed the meatballs. The cannelloni is the best we ever had, fresh and stuffed with perfection. Their tiramisu is nice and light and their cheesecake is very creamy and delicious.

Our first time at La Fontanella. We love Blanc, and assumed that since they are related by ownership, we might like La Fontanella as well. We definitely enjoyed good service and a pleasant atmosphere. The bar is very comfortable and friendly for a drink. We ordered from the choices for three courses as part of the Sizzle Dining event in September 2024. The basket of bread was fabulous with wonderful, salty butter, and the mussels did not disappoint, but I found the red sauce way too sweet on the cannelloni. The Caprese Burrata was not creamy. The cappellini had only three shrimp, and lots of canned mushrooms. But my husband loved his Pollo Romano. I think we’d like to try it again and order from the regular menu this time.

It was our first time there and we pleasantly surprised. The food was impressive and so was the wait staff. We could actually communicate with each other and did not have to shout at each other. The background music was not overpowering. We definitely will be back.

3 course Sizzle dining a great value! Fried provolone, bursts, mussels, halibut all excellent choices . Restaurant very busy, but still great service!

The food is heavenly! I had the mussels, cacio e pepe pasta and a burrata salad. It was an incredible deal and best Italian food in the area. Hope to return soon

We have dined here a few times and have never been disappointed. I tend to order their veal dishes which are always very good. Service is always on par.

La Fontanella is a beautiful Italian restaurant, staff was very friendly and the menu had a great selection. Went down hill very quickly. We ordered eggplant and bruschetta as appetizers, we were a party of 3, enough food for 1.5 people, also not very tasty. We were also brought out an appetizer we did not order, that was sent back. I ordered off the Sizzle menu, Cannelloni, salad and Halibut. Did not receive the Cannelloni it was replaced with soup. When I told the waiter he insisted that is what I ordered. I ate it. The Halibut was so dry I had to drink water just to wash it down, that was left on my plate. The Italian slaw that was served along side of the fish was arugula salad with roasted red pepper, boring. The mashed potatoes were great. The wine list was quite good, lots of yummy wines to choose from. My dinner companions were equally in impressed. Shame such a pretty restaurant, as the saying goes, you can’t judge a book by its cover. On a high note I was served a surprise dessert for my Birthday.🥳
