    Some of the best food in Niagara Falls. The cocktails are well crafted. I can’t get enough of the birria tacos. It’s our favourite spot for a casual night out

    The online menu system is ridiculous and the automatic 18% gratuity makes no sense given the servers barely even speak to you. Not sure what they do other than run food but that absolutely does not warrant an 18% tip. The music is absolute garbage, you can barely hear yourself think, let alone have a conversation. Do not bother eating here.

    Fine dinning prices with sub par food. First they open the roof half way after it rained causing me to have water dripping on me while I eat and onto my table. Second, the pizza is soggy and dough undercooked and they can’t even cut it for you. Instead they give you arts and crafts scissors to cut your pizza yourself. Scissors?? Really. Never ever had a pizza anywhere that I had to cut myself and use scissors to do it. Dumb gimmick.

    Food was delicious, but many bees hovering around made the experience very uncomfortable . Free mimosas for women was a plus

    2nd time going there and I love it! The food is yummy, drinks are great! The peach sangria is my favourite! Love the music, the girls working there are so nice and sweet. Just an overall great vibe, definitely going to be a regular spot of mine.

    The only complaint I have as a local resident is I feel the mandatory included gratuity of 18% is not right. I mean we the customer order the food off of an app and only engagement from the waitress or waiter to the customer is bringing the food/drinks that the customer orders off the QR app. Is it convenient to pay on your phone and just leave? Yes. But I still feel the included gratuity isn't right or fair.

    Truly had a bizarre experience at this restaurant. I would not recommend anyone spend their time or money here. When we arrived the waitresses seemed confused about our reservation for 12, which was booked weeks in advance and confirmed the day before. They ended up pushing a long table and a shorter table together which was quite awkward. We then began to order (through their online ordering system - you do not order with the wait staff). Our drinks were made quickly by the bartender, but sat on the bar for 10+ minutes waiting to be picked up by the wait staff. One of our friends got her food within ten minutes of arriving. She was finished eating before some of our group even got their drinks. It took over an hour for the rest of the group to get their food, except one. She did not receive her very simple meal until everyone was done eating. The waitress did repeatedly ask the kitchen when it would be ready, but a bowl of fruit and an egg should not take that long. Their website also mentioned mimosas with the purchase of a brunch entree, but we were told they stopped doing it because of their glasses broke…? We asked again and did end up getting them though. Half of our food was mixed up or undercooked and overall very mid. When a restaurant has an auto gratuity you except decent service but this place was truly shocking. An unforgettable brunch, but not in a good way.

    We have sent a private email to the restaurants information line. Overall atmosphere was great but terrible service. Our server did not know what she was doing although she was friendly. Good was ordered and not brought out because apparently the kitchen was out of it but took 10 minutes to be told that after everyone else’s food came out already. Our bills were completely mixed up and a few things were comp due to the complications. We also asked if there was a time limit on the reservation and there apparently is but our server told us there wasn’t and then the hostess tried to rush us out after having just ordered a new pitcher of margaritas. We took our bills home and realized they were still in error.
