When the music is playing you can't have a conversaition, but otherwise it's pretty quiet. The food is authentic and plentiful. A lovely evening.

There is never a disappointment when we dine at La Fabrica Central. As usual, the food, service, drinks, and atmosphere are always FANTASTIC! We keep coming back and love introducing new friends and neighbors to it.

For the past 2 years La Fabrica has been my favorite night spot to chill with my girls. Good service, respectful and cheerful staff, delicious food, amazing drinks and great entertainment. For some reason my last visit 8/17/24 was not as expected. I made my reservation and arrived a few minutes earlier to stand on the side of a wall with my group for over 20 minutes, waiting for a table to be available. That was extremely shocking! Our service has never been like that before. We were a little disappointed. The one incredible part of that situation was our dinner waitress. She was wonderful!!! (pretty girl, reddish hair, with glasses), never got her name. She was very nice and professional. She somehow managed to get us a few free entrance tickets to the back room, to make up for our unfortunate long wait time, which we appreciated very, very much. The night went great after that, except for one of the bartending services. We were a group of 8 and of course asking for different cocktail drinks was not easy. One of the bartenders was not very patient with us and that created some frustration, which also showed on the way she created our drinks, mostly filled with juice and a very small amount of liquor. Despite the negatives we faced that night, I still have great moments to remember at La Fabrica. So, I do recommend it!

The food was authentic latin food. I felt like grandma was cooking. The seasoning of the mofongo of carne vieja was delicious. The passion fruit mojito with the lemon popsicle was refreshing. Service was outstanding. I didn’t feel rush to finish my food. The ambience was happy and the salsa orchestra with latin dancing was so much fun. The owner brought a chair for my mon so she could enjoy the music at the front of the venue. Thank you for the fabulous night! Ruth Torres

Such great music! Ernesto Diaz, Gonzalo Grau, Alex Alvear and crew are so talented. And they really know how to light up a crowd and get everyone dancing.

This place has amazing music that rotates nightly. The atmosphere is great. The dishes are more like tapas and not main courses. I had what I thought was going to be an entree of chicken but it was a very small piece with alittle side salad. As most places now prices are higher. You’ll need to order a few plates for dinner. The service was perfect and the jazz pickup band phenomenal.
