For Valentine’s Day, we are offering a special prix-fixe menu at $95 per person. You can see the menu in the appropriate section.

We welcome our guests to an authentic Italian restaurant: here we offer traditional cuisine, with a modern take on northern and southern Italian recipes. Mauro, the chef, and his wife Tina, have an huge amount of experience behind them.
Mauro is from Naples, Tina was born in a little sicilian town near by Enna.
He began to learn everything about the southern cuisine by his experience in Naples since he was a child, from “Polipetti alla Luciana” to “Paccheri ai frutti di mare”. Furthermore he moved in Milan and he had the chance to learn the northern cuisine, from “Risotto ai funghi porcini” to “Polenta grigliata”, one of his favourite specialties!
From an ancient sicilian tradition, Tina learnt everything about the desserts by her grandmother and her mother, from “Millefoglie” to “Cannoli cake”.

They were not very busy through our dining experience between 5pm and 6pm. The service was a bit slow but the food was very good. We all finished our dish and also enjoyed the wine and beer. They finished off the night by giving us a shot of a limoncello concoction which was excellent, we wanted a gallon to go. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Omg. You want authentic Italian food. This is the place! I was in my glory. We’ve been to Italy many times and my favorite thing is the freshness and goodness of the food. You will love the food and the owners and staff are amazing!

It was a surprise dinner for my husband’s 86th birthday. We have not eaten there before and we treated very well. He enjoyed his surprise birthday. Treat after a very delicious meal. We will return in the future

Clearly, the best Italian Restaurant in the Greater Sarasota area. Broad reach of cuisine from all major regions of Italy. Love Tina and her energetic servers! Obviously, my compliments to the Chef (Tina's husband)!

Amazing restaurant! Very small. The owner was working the front of the house and kept apologizing for the service because they were short staffed. Now my husband and I went to return to experience when they are fully staffed. The service was very good and the food was absolutely amazing. We had the fried calamari and the grilled octopus. My husband had the ravioli. We consider ourselves foodies and we would rate this as outstanding. Thank you so much and we will be back!

Everyone likes their food. The ambience was a perfect small Italian bistro. Our server was great the service was spaced correctly. Already have another reservation in a couple of weeks

The food was exceptional. We shared the sautéed squid with garlic & anchovy breadcrumbs - nice change from the standard fried calamari. The bread was wonderful. Next up was linguine vongole- homemade pasta was delicious & sauce exceptional. Next was the misto seafood - great selection of giant shrimp with heads, mussels, octopus & squid. All cooked perfectly & the olive oil sauce was great - of course more bread for sopping up the sauce. We ended up bringing some of the seafood home.

Food is spectacular. Saturday night had singing by both performer and diners. Pseudo-karaoke at a fairly loud volume in a small space. Go on a weekday and you won’t regret it. Pass on Saturday.
