Pacific Oyster Bar and Grill serving the best seafood of Mexico. This iconic restaurant in Colonia Roma, a very hip neighborhood of Mexico City, is characterized by its high quality of food and service and by its wonderful atmosphere.
Chef Tomas Bermudez cares about every detail of the products that come from local producers and from the Pacific Ocean. Vegetables are organically grown by us and meat is all grass fed and organic too.
Great wine list with many natural options in it. The seasonal cocktail list is worth a try.
One of San Pellegrino´s Latin America 50 Best Restaurants for its quality and ambience.

When reserving it is not possible to guarantee a specific table or location in the restaurant, although we always try to do our best. We have 10 minutes tolerance on reservations, after that it is a no show. We only assign tables to complete parties, in case not everybody is present we assign a smaller table. we charge $250 pesos per person on no shows or incomplete groups..

Excelente calidad en los alimentos y servicio, lo único que debe mejorar ES EL POSTRE no tiene más que uno solo y eso no es de Dios !!! Todo está perfecto menos LOS POSTRES ahí si les falla por completo

A mi me encantaba La Docena, la comida y el lugar son muy buenos y era mi restaurante favorito pero ayer fuimos maltratadas por el personal de servicio. Cuando pedimos que nos dieran a probar sus vinos por copeo nos dijeron que no daban pruebas. Se nos hizo extraño porque en todos los restaurantes dan a probar sus vinos por copeo. En fin, era mi cumpleaños y lo dejamos pasar. Lo que fue inaceptable es que notamos que a la mesa de junto en donde había dos hombres sentados, sí les dieron varias pruebas de vinos. Nos sentimos tratadas como comensales de segunda y discriminadas por ser mujeres. La verdad es que no voy a volver a este lugar nunca más.

Food was decent, nothing extraordinary. Service was the issue. It felt like we were being ignored, had 3 different workers serve us and ended up having to wave down another worker to even give us the check. Wouldn’t return.

One of Mexico City's premier seafood spots, perhaps the best. The oysters and clams are not only delicious but also incredibly fresh, almost as if straight from the sea to your table. The “Generosa” and “Reyna” are must-have dishes.

NON SPANISH SPEAKERS BEWARE: We came here based on the reviews, however, we wish we read the lower star reviews as these reflected our experience. There was a language barrier between us and the waiter, which wasn’t an issue, as he was very patient and polite. We tried to order fresh oysters but mistakenly pointed to the grilled section. When we tried to change the order 5 mins later, we were told we couldn’t change and would be charged for the grilled oysters. After speaking with the manager, he graciously offered half dozen fresh complimentary. We went to order our mains and asked what the fish of the day was. The waiter couldn’t tell us in English what it was, so we tried our best to translate from Spanish. All seemed well and we ordered what we thought was the FOTD. Out came a plate of ribs, the most expensive meal on the menu. We told the waiter we didn’t order this, but he refuted that and gaslit us saying we did. Kinda weird to argue this with a customer. After a little back and forth, he said he would speak with his manager. No one came near our table for 20 mins while we sat there, night quickly on the decline as we faced to probability of being charged for something we didn’t order or want to eat. We asked for the bill so we could leave to go elsewhere and sure enough, the ribs were included. I ended up having to argue with 2 waiters and the manager about this. We offered to pay for everything except the ribs (including the fresh oysters and 200 pesos for 2 servings of tostadas). They said no and that even though we didn’t touch the ribs, it would still be wastage and we would have to pay. The manager eventually relented when we said we couldn’t afford it. Then the waiter told us he would have to pay the difference from his own pocket. I really hope this restaurant is not punishing its workers like this as it’s very unethical to charge these prices yet punish workers for mistakes that customers like us have some responsibility in.

Las otras siempre frescas, ayer las Kumamoto extraordinarias. Me reí cuando llegaron las ostiones asadas con toro. Colocan dos enormes cerca del comensal y las otras medianitas. La tostada de macarela una interesante sorpresa, me gustan sus platillos del día para completar su excelente carta base. El servicio de Omar y Josafat extraordinario. Paulina un servicio de sommelier profesional y en extremo atenta. Felicidades. Gracias por tener una buena selección de vinos tintos alineados con el estilo de su carta en un restaurante que seguramente venden más blancos.
