    My dining companion and I were very disappointed by our experience after reading positive reviews. Although the restaurant was only half-full and remained so during our time there, we were seated directly next to another couple who looked very uncomfortable that we were so close. When they left, another couple was seated there, when it seemed seating could easily have been arranged to provide for easier conversation. Service was disinterested - we were served the wrong wine, the drinks arrived at very different times, they didn't inquire about how spicy we wanted the guacamole, and they didn't offer dessert. The earnest bartender delivered the first mojito, saying he hoped it was okay because he hadn't made one in 5 years. It was okay; the second was undrinkable. Entrees were not attractively presented (too much sauce glopped over everything). We wanted to like it, but we won't be back.

    Just moved here from LA and this is EXCELLENT mexican food. The queso fundido was a highlight.

    It can get a bit noisy inside so we opted for outside on a beautiful night. We arrived with 15 minutes left in happy hour and the staff made sure we had a chance to order one round and then came back for a last call. Very nice effort in their part. The food is always good and I will be back.

    One of the bartenders gave my friend and I alcoholic drinks instead of the non-alcoholic mocktails that we requested, which led to us being a bit ill the next day. I even asked twice to make sure they were non-alcoholic, mocktails, to which he confirmed they were without alcohol, but unfortunately, they did have alcohol in them. In terms of food, the food is great, and makes you want to eat more.

    Great for vegetarians too! The meat eaters enjoyed the mole chicken and said the birria tacos were amazing. Vegetarians enjoyed the vegan pozole and the Chile Relleno y Succotash. Cute and cozy ambiance.
