    We visited La Ciel for the first time on a Sunday night with our family, including our mother who was visiting from India. The ambiance of the restaurant is truly outstanding, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. However, we encountered several issues that impacted our overall experience. The table height was notably inconvenient; we had to lean over to reach our plates, and I ended up placing my plate on my lap. The staff acknowledged that this has been a recurring complaint, which suggests it might be a known issue. Additionally, we requested to have regular music played instead of the Bluetooth speaker, but accommodating this request proved to be difficult and required multiple follow-ups. Regarding the food, the drinks and appetizers were good, although the portions were smaller than expected. Unfortunately, the main course was disappointing. We ordered Dal Makhani, a methi makhana dish (the name escapes me), tandoori panner(the name escapes me) and garlic naans. The Dal Makhani appeared too white and seemed as though it hadn’t been properly cooked with the spices. The tandoori paneer also lacked flavors. The methi makhana lacked flavor compared to other versions I’ve tasted, and the garlic naans were overly thick and appeared undercooked. We found ourselves unable to enjoy the meal and left a significant portion uneaten. My husband and mum both felt very heavy the very next day and my brother just left the plate without eating. As food enthusiasts who enjoy exploring new places with both good ambiance and quality food, we were disappointed by our experience. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to share our experience in the hopes that it may help improve future visits.

    Our server was very attentive. He was very friendly . We have booked a bronze package for my friend’s birthday 🎂🥳..it was An amazing experience. They decorated the table beautifully..food was amazing and they had salsa night as well last night ..it was an incredible night so thank you ..We recommend everyone to go to that place ..the vibe was amazing there

    Food was great, harry really helped us with the menu. And the hospitality of all the staff was great. It was a wonderful night. And thanks to harry for all his help and wonderful serving.

    I had gone to La Ciel on the September 4th 2024 for my fiancé’s birthday which was completely ruined because of the experience here. We ordered the dahi ke kebab and the guy brought the wrong order to our table. The kebabs were exactly the Nanak frozen kebabs and for the price that they came for it was pure disappointment. We had asked for the appetisers first and then the main course. We got the breads with the snacks and we returned it and asked for it be brought with the main course. The main course took 45 minutes to come and the bread was extremely cold as if it were the same that we got with the appetisers. The only thing good was the ambience. I have never had such a terrible experience anywhere. The server, Neha was very nice and welcoming but everything else was pathetic. I am never coming back.

    Everything was perfect but it was our first visit which was bit disappointing as their elevator was out of service, had to take stairs which was okay for me but for my mother it was very inconvenient to go up to the restaurant. Rest was great!

    I had worst experience of my entire life. We went for a birthday party of 5 people we order food and it’s was not bad but the service was ridiculous we were sitting after dinner to have some dressers like after 10-15 min but they and ask do we need any dessert we order and they miss one of our order and deny that we did order seriously!!!! Not there they told us to leave because they have to give table to other customer where the rest 3 tables were empty… I will never go in that restaurant and told my all friends and relatives not to visit.. as a customer I want treat well.

    I had said it was our anniversary and nothing special was done for it. No sign. No dessert. Typically restaurants do these small things, especially when you’re paying $500 for dinner. Your elevator was broken. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs in heels and the stairway was filled with garbage and industrial cleaning supplies. Your server kicked us out of our igloo after 2 hours before we got to finish enjoying our drinks, shisha, and dinner. Your washroom only had one toilet available. The 2nd one was broken. I do not expect these things when I’m coming to a fine dining restaurant and having a $500 bill.
