I had gone to La Ciel on the September 4th 2024 for my fiancé’s birthday which was completely ruined because of the experience here. We ordered the dahi ke kebab and the guy brought the wrong order to our table. The kebabs were exactly the Nanak frozen kebabs and for the price that they came for it was pure disappointment. We had asked for the appetisers first and then the main course. We got the breads with the snacks and we returned it and asked for it be brought with the main course. The main course took 45 minutes to come and the bread was extremely cold as if it were the same that we got with the appetisers. The only thing good was the ambience. I have never had such a terrible experience anywhere. The server, Neha was very nice and welcoming but everything else was pathetic. I am never coming back.

Everything was perfect but it was our first visit which was bit disappointing as their elevator was out of service, had to take stairs which was okay for me but for my mother it was very inconvenient to go up to the restaurant. Rest was great!

I had worst experience of my entire life. We went for a birthday party of 5 people we order food and it’s was not bad but the service was ridiculous we were sitting after dinner to have some dressers like after 10-15 min but they and ask do we need any dessert we order and they miss one of our order and deny that we did order seriously!!!! Not there they told us to leave because they have to give table to other customer where the rest 3 tables were empty… I will never go in that restaurant and told my all friends and relatives not to visit.. as a customer I want treat well.

I had said it was our anniversary and nothing special was done for it. No sign. No dessert. Typically restaurants do these small things, especially when you’re paying $500 for dinner. Your elevator was broken. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs in heels and the stairway was filled with garbage and industrial cleaning supplies. Your server kicked us out of our igloo after 2 hours before we got to finish enjoying our drinks, shisha, and dinner. Your washroom only had one toilet available. The 2nd one was broken. I do not expect these things when I’m coming to a fine dining restaurant and having a $500 bill.

I had made reservations here after being referred to by my daughter .. she talked so highly about this resteraunt that she wanted me to try it out as well . So I decided to take some friends here for a birthday celebration , when we arrived at 5 o’clock we had to walk up several Stair cases to get to the roof top where the reateraunt was situated because they said the elevators where not working , I mean it’s fine but it could of been someone that can’t walk up that many flight of stairs 🤷🏻‍♀️ well anyways besides all that everything was good .. we ordered starters and the stuffed mushroom portobello were amazing the perri perri wedges were awesome too .. the main courses were also amazing .. our server Harry Sharma was the best we have no complaints about this guy he made us feel right at home .. so overall experience I will say 9/10 I just don’t like walking too far up those stairs but they did apologize for that I

Great shisha presenter I believe his name was Rushiki. Clients should have the option for a shared igloo or similar private. Traveled out of the country to visit this location.

It was really a great experience loved food and service was great too Our host Nitin was really patient and helpful it was a surprise birthday dinner and we loved the vibe

We had an amazing time in the Igloo on the rooftop! The food was great and the service was even better! Anmol (our server) was the sweetest and most patient server we have ever come across! Def will come again the next time we visit Toronto!

Food was delicious. You have to wait for over half an hour after you placed an order. Very slow customer service
