I would definitely not go back. The food was not the greatest. The service was not also the greatest and the amount of money I paid was not worth the food. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. Even the Shisha was horrible for the amount of money I paid you guys are too expensive for the food that you guys give plus the drinks and the Shisha

I reserve one iglú for my girlfriend birthday. We arrived on time and the took us right away. Everything started good but as soon as we seated I realize the table was dirty. There was still one spoon with food on it and a long hair on it. I gave it to the waitress trying not to do a big deal about it. She apologized and well we kept going as nothing happened. We order our drinks which are expensive for what they actually are. My girlfriend and another friend order a “naughty girl” but each one was different it was like one has alcohol and the other no. We order our food and sadly the Alfredo pasta that we order has a long hair on it too. We told her and she was very friendly and change it. Another friend order the pork in mushroom sauce but when we got it there was not mushroom sauce it was a sweet dark sauce that was not on the description of the dish. Also we went with a person that has to eat gluten free, Sadly there weren’t many options on the menu and the server didn’t know about if they have of no gluten. She went to te kitchen and made sure that the plate was safe for her. At the end the bill came and since the restaurant claims to be fine dining we were expecting some kind of discount for the 2 hairs we got (spoon on the table and ok one of the dishes) but there was nothing on it. We asked for it and the server went to talk to management and since they replace the plate there wasn’t anything else to do. I felt that we should have got a discount since the experience wasn’t as pleasant as we expected. During our stay in the patio we saw lots of managers trying to organize or give directions but it kind of made the atmosphere a little bit weird like something bad is happening. I don’t think I’ll get back there again

Booked a dome and was not advised till we got there, it was really cold and rainy, they had no blankets or heaters. They moved us to the “fine dining” floor and put 6 of us at a table that fits 4. Inexperienced server. More staff than customers and all they did was stand around and talk while we waited for forgotten items that were ordered. They were out of several drink and food options, with no knowledge nor offered replacement. Small plates/appies were okay. The mains (Alfredo, lamb chops, duck, lobster and steak were all beyond disappointing). 4/6 entrees arrived almost 10 minutes before the two steaks (medium rare). Lobster was so overcooked it was shrivelled up. I could go on…. 😞 A disastrous surprise birthday dinner. Will not go back nor recommend and it is definitely not to be considered “fine dining” by any definition.

Awful experience. Save your money and time. Way overpriced, poor service. Time limit on outdoor igloo was 1.5hrs…. Poor food and drinks- especially for the price. Will not go again

The server was inexperienced and kept repeating the things again and again, moreover was not able to explain the menu properly even after asking the chef, the food was really good.

Food was to my opinion good ; we ordered all the appetizers and liked them all , drink were outstanding great selection my server was on point and very nice , my main was the pesto pasta which had a nice spice and good homemade pasta , my friend has the truffle fettuccine which she enjoyed they were topped with crispy chicken which is a good alternative to grill chicken i would definitely go back again :)

The restaurant is nowhere close to what is shown on social media as far as ambience and food is concerned. The music was very dull and they were out of lot of menu items that we wanted to order. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The food is very good, although we both got stomach pain in the middle on night. Cocktails look very good but taste is really bad. Service was not good and very slow. Don’t think we’ll go back

The server and manager both went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. The food was excellent.

It was a very nice restaurant, at the beginning the elevator was labeled "staff only". This appeared to be from the previous tenet so once we got to the 2nd floor we were greated by a friendly server. The high tops are great for a date night and the food was delicious. My only complaint would be that there was on 5 minutes between our appetizers and main dishes.
