We bought La Casa della Pasta in 2017 and moved from our home in the Langhe in Piedmont, located in the northwest of Italy to the sunshine state. We have always been passionate about food and wine and would like to share the authentic Italian cuisine we know and love with you! While our time at La Casa della Pasta is just beginning, we have spent many years in the restaurant industry and are eager to share our delicious food with you! We hope to see you soon, Mara and Franco.

        We had advised it was our anniversary when making reservations and asked for a nice table. We arrived early there were several available tables but we were taken to the most undesirable one in the restaurant. We asked to be seated somewhere else. Owner told us those tables were not available We settled on another table. No one apologized or wished us happy anniversary. Server was not friendly. Appetizer was cold and bland. Wine was good and pasta was very good. St the end when we told owner about appetizer she took it off bill and other owner brought us a glass of Prosecco something. We had heard this was a special occasion restaurant but it was nothing special and we won't return

        The food is absolutely amazing. To see the owners there hands on cooking, serving and greeting each table shows how much they value the quality of food and service that they are providing. Everything came out quickly, hot and delicious. We will definitely be back.

        Cute small restaurant. The food was decent, not terrible, but have had better, but I would come back again. The service was exceptional! The cheese wheel linguine was quite interesting to watch the process and tasty.

        If there is anything worse than a waitress that rushes your meal and doesn’t take away your dirty dishes. Hello, when a customer gets thru eating an appetizer, take away the dirty dishes! In addition if I am eating my appetizer, I do not want you to serve me the salad I ordered. Our waitress was horrible in every way. Spent a horrible amount of time trying to get her attention to give us more water! Also, the bread was horrible.

        Very nice ambience. The service was great. The was was very good. Wine at $16 was a little expensive. I will be back.
