We bought La Casa della Pasta in 2017 and moved from our home in the Langhe in Piedmont, located in the northwest of Italy to the sunshine state. We have always been passionate about food and wine and would like to share the authentic Italian cuisine we know and love with you! While our time at La Casa della Pasta is just beginning, we have spent many years in the restaurant industry and are eager to share our delicious food with you! We hope to see you soon, Mara and Franco.

        The owners are wonderful! They always make an effort to go to every table to greet you. The food is amazing! And, Franco makes the best table side fettuccine Alfredo.

        Amazing food and overall experience! The service was overly attentive by multiple people which made us feel rushed. Will go back, though.

        The food was good, the service was good, but the portions were too small for the price. We would go back, just not on the top of our list

        Love the food. Everything seemed authentic Italian. The Lasagna and Tiramisu were outstanding.

        Really enjoyed our evening here. They brought us a small serving of sundried tomato spread to try-it was delicious and then when we were finishing brought us a little sample of almond cake with Nutella and peaches that was fantastic. Those little things really add up. I’ve never seen such great team work at a restaurant-I think we had 4 different people take care of us throughout our meal and I mentioned to my boss this morning that’s the way team work always should be in the workplace! The only draw back was it was freezing!! I know it’s hot outside but the candles wouldn’t even stay lit because the ac was cranked so high-oh & I get we were going with a European flair but I really like ice with my water so I should have asked for it but it would be nice to be offered.

        La Casa Della Pasta never disappoints! The food is fabulous and the service is always outstanding. Owners Mara and Franco really make you feel welcome. We love this restaurant.
