**Located in Eleuthera** The restaurant at La Bougainvillea is an authentic beachside farm and ocean-to-table restaurant. At La Bougainvillea we take pride in serving the best quality food possible. All of our vegetables are grown on the island and most come directly from our organic farm. Our fish is caught in Bahamian waters and make the most fresh & delicious sushis! By only using fresh, local product, we proudly support the local economy.

    Setting was pretty-on ocean but due to wind was inside a structure with tent sides Servers were Bhutanese and lovely Food(fish) was extremely fresh and well prepared

    We so enjoyed our dinner at La Bougainvillea. Our waitress was very pleasant & attentive. We had the delicious shrimp appetizer & the fried conch was the best we’ve had on the island. We shared the fresh grilled mahi mahi & the blackened snapper & both were amazing. We highly recommend going there on a visit to Eleuthera.

    Abbiamo cenato a Capodanno, non siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La qualità del cibo mediocre ,prezzo del tutto fuori luogo. Il servizio invece si e dimostrato cordiale e attento

    We dined at La Bougainvillea on Christmas evening. Although the restaurant was quite full, the staff was gracious and attentive. The food was amazing! I had not anticipated finding comfort food in the Bahamas, but I was more than happy to have received it. We look forward to our next trip to Eleuthera. Knowing La Bougainvillea is there makes returning to Governor's Harbour an even greater pleasure.

    The food was really good. We appreciated the vegan menu! The service was impeccable. The price was steep, but, nevertheless, we’ll be back.

    Everything was perfect!! Conch appetizer delicious, lobster grilled to perfection!! Justine was attentive and helpful!! Our favorite meal this trip!!
