The restaurant was beautiful and I had high hopes… Roughly 45 minutes prior to my reservation I notified them via the OpenTable app and a voice mail that we were going to be a party of 3 instead of 6. I also mentioned we were celebrating one of the people in the party, named Laura. Unfortunately both were ignored and I was asked where the other 3 in my party were upon entering the restaurant. As these were supposed to be surprised guest who unfortunately were delayed (due to travel delays), laura immediately inquired who else we were expecting. Ugh! When it came to ordering, I discreetly tried to order a mocktail. The server asked, ‘which drink?’ So I pointed to it on the menu, and he loudly announced ‘oh, you want a mocktail!’ This was immediately followed by questions from my guests and then made them feel uncomfortable that they got an alcoholic drink, and therefore didn’t order any more drinks after their initial drink. Why have drink names if the server doesn’t know them!?

Wonderful! Another great meal at La Belle Helene! The onion soup is the best I've ever had. The service was impeccable. We celebrated my husband's birthday & they surprised us with a beautiful dessert!

Service started out a little slow. We sat quite a while before anyone acknowledged us, but our server, Jewel, went over & beyond. We truly appreciated her kind spirit & attentiveness. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the ambiance most of all. We would definitely return.

The food was out standing, service was above and beyond. We were in town for Eucharistic Congress and was struggling to pick a place. So glad we chose La Belle Helene. Can’t wait to go back
