La Barrita features Argentinian style steak seasoned with mouth watering chimichurri, home made pastas, and empanadas. Nestled in the Butcher's Hill neighborhood, La Barrita provides intimate atmosphere with a Baltimore industrial feel. In the warmer months enjoy al fresco dining when we roll up the garage doors.

At La Barrita we treat our guests like family. An upscale casual restaurant, we suit a variety of dining needs, from special occasions to catching up with friends; you might even catch a soccer game on at the bar. Just don't get caught in a Boca jersey! La Barrita is a proud supporter of River Plate fc.

    La Barrita is one of my favorite hidden gem restaurants in Baltimore. I always have a great meal here. It is my favorite place to bring friends visiting from outside of the city. I also recommend it whenever I am asked a great place to go for dinner or even just apps.

    We love La Barrita! Recommend it to friends all the time. Especially ones who live in the county and have a negative view on the city. It’s tucked away and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. What’s not to love!?

    Sebastian and the staff are amazing. Menu is so good that it is hard to choose. Highly recommend.

    The rib steak and risotto con tuco were outstanding! Best chimichurri sauce I’ve had! Note : they put it directly on the steak so ask for it on the side if you don’t want it that way. Survive was great but a bit noisy and hot. Still would recommend it.
