Hibachi - Tableside Chef Dinner

At the locally famous Kyoto's we offer the full experience of having your meal prepared table-side with our Hibachi Chefs. You can expect an intimate ambiance with dimmed down lighting, the occasional fire flare from our Hibachi tables, and lots of laughter during your dining experience. The chefs are very entertaining with decades of experience in cooking and showmanship. The show consists of professional Chefs displaying expert spatula and knife handling while preparing perfectly cooked steak, seafood, and chicken dishes. The show also consists of flambe, flaming onions, spatula-egg juggling, and of course our famous shrimp toss where guests are part of the show and catch shrimp with their chefs. We have been to Kyoto several times and usually have excellent service and food. This time was below average.

When you dine at the hibachi grill at Kyoto's it's not just dinner but also a show. Our cook was excellent. It was fun watching him prepare our food, and he was engaging with his diners. The food was excellent. We order the filet mignon with shrimp and scallops. I also ordered a Huckleberry Mule which was very tasty.

Ingredients are high quality, but flavors are one note- soy. Give me garlic and ginger! Waiter was lackadaisical and they forgot to prepare and serve our chicken, but cooked it in the back to-go for us. Comped us some, although we should have gotten that much comped for Bogo kids meals anyways. Kids love the place and it is a fun experience, so we will be back, just not often.

Very good happy hour, awesome waitress, chef did great, not as big as a show, but cooks amazing food. Wife and I enjoyed valentines dinner and the staff had some music jams going and the whole place was jammin.

We have enjoyed Kyotos frequently for 25+ years and was so sad that it had suffered and closed during COVID. I was so excited to find out that it had reopened and booked a group of ladies immediately!! The food is amazing and the chefs are talented and entertaining! The table side experience is definitely worth the money, we always order the royal dinner for two and end up taking leftovers home… it’s a little pricey but what isn’t these days for a fun night out and a great meal? I suggest that you make reservations, it is busy and a bit risky to expect to walk in on a weekend night and not have to wait.
