Inside the modern ambiance, these are the threads of the traditional Greek taverna woven with the stylish island chic of Mykonos.
At Kyma our menu guides you to the sun-drenched islands of Greece, as we embrace the rich character of its traditional dishes. We adhere to a strict moral code using the highest quality extra virgin olive oil from the Peloponnese and fresh fish is flown in daily from the Mediterranean.
On Fridays & Saturdays our DJ starts at 8 PM. During our dinner parties the music does increase in volume and becomes more upbeat as the night progresses. Please note: you must be 21 years of age to enter during our DJ hours.

Our 1st visit at Kyma’s last year was amazing! However, our most recent visit was quite disappointing. The service and the food, specifically the Lobster Pasta were dissatisfying. Perhaps it was an off night, but visiting again is questionable.

Too many texts telling me what all the rules were before I got there. Sat us at the bar even though we were at the restaurant 2 or 3 mins before they said they started serving? Food was okay, service was great and very attentive, table was in corner next to table in a near corner, people kept bumping into me when they walked by. Atmosphere was too stodgy in a wanna be cool way, just wanted to chill and relax, vibe was not that. Place is beautiful. May try again if in neighborhood but that might just be because there are no other places near by, wouldn't go out of my way to get there.

Love it. I’d been to the one on Long Island and had never stumbled upon this neighborhood gem that was less than a 5 minute walk from my Manhattan appointment. I was delighted it popped up on opentable though nyry. My guest was also just as impressed and plans to come back while at a javits show.

We took a friend here to celebrate her birthday, what an amazing culinary experience we had, the food, service and atmosphere was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from beginning to end.

Loved everything and will definitely be back! We shared the Kyma zucchini chips, Greek salad, & the chicken kabab for lunch and it was perfect for two people.

We had a 6:30 pm Sunday May 26 reservation. Restaurant relatively empty at that time with just a few tables occupied. Nice bar, beautiful dining area, background music at just the right level. Courteous and very, very attentive service. We ordered the greek salad, meatball appetizer, and our entrees were the tiger prawns and the lamb chops. Pita bread was also provided for the table. Greek salad and dressing was ok; have had better. Vegetables were cut extra chunky and serving was large enough for 2. The meatballs were very good. The tiger prawns were outstanding; huge, nicely seasoned, grilled on a bed of spinach, kale. Tasted like mini-lobsters. The lamb chops were very good, beautifully seasoned. The problem was the serving was only 3 single bone chops! And they were very, very small. In my view overpriced for what you get. They were served with nicely seasoned fries. The service was extremely attentive: almost to the point of hovering. We had to pause our conversation a few times. Overall, beautiful setting, nice ambiance, attentive service, but overpriced, even for New York.

The food and service were excellent, it was my first time at the Hudson Yards location and it was the same wonderful experience.
