All of our menu items are inspired by Asian cuisine and have been created by Chef Patron Alex Boyd, after studying authentic Asian cuisine in Hong Kong.
Sourcing only the best ingredients, we also have a variety of skilfully made handcrafted cocktails, carefully selected wines, and beer to choose from.

Such a wonderful restaurant. The team are absolutely charming and the food is an explosion of flavours. We had a selection of smaller plates including tbe satay chicken. The satay sauce was simply divine. I can’t thank the host, wine waiter and waitresses for making our evening so special. The mango pudding is a MUST and should be available to take away!! I needed more. Oh and don’t forget the chilli flake prawn crackers. We will return. Book NOW!

This is easily one of the best restaurants in or around Tunbridge Wells, although it's easily overlooked because it's small and it nestles on The Pantiles surrounded by other cafes and restaurants. This was my fourth visit, and the service has always been superb. The food - Asian fusion, designed and mostly cooked by a serious chef - is out of this world. Try the miso-glazed aubergine for a big hit of sweetness and umami flavour.

We enjoyed a fantastic meal, all dishes were very tasty and the staff very friendly. A real gem on the Pantiles, and well worth a visit. It is good to support a small local business who are working so hard . Highly recommended

We had a fun evening with great food and wine. All the team have a good energy and are friendly and efficient. We all enjoyed our Friday night out with cocktails beforehand at Charlottes next door - perfect evening.

First visit, lunch menu. Food very good, just a few niggles. If sharing a dish, 2 small dipping bowls of sauce would be more hygienic. Outside space a bit cramped. Birthday lunch for a friend who was delighted. Will visit again.

The food was exquisite and sharing plates meant we could try lots of dishes. Highly recommend the lamb shank and the pork belly larger plates. Excellent buzz on The Pantiles and fun sitting outside people watching. Excellent service too.

It is always a pleasure to come to Kumquat. The food and service are excellent. We dined there on a busy Saturday evening yet the staff coped admirably. The food is reliably excellent!
