We are on the strip of Avenida de las Americas with access from George R. Brown Convention Center. Kulture is an innovative dining concept providing a national platform where Chefs share & create their take on the diaspora of Southern/African cultures allowing the food to tell the story. Food influence span the Caribbean, Spain, Asia, Mexico, & European delicacies. Sharing this experience with the Houston Community and visitors alike. WE ARE CASHLESS. Reservations require a CC hold, NO EXCEPTIONS. No shows are automatically charged after 15 min. grace period. Large party reservations of 6+ must have full party present to be sat (Fri-Sun). If full party isn't present within 15 min. grace period, your table will be released.
We offer complimentary 2hr. parking located at 701 Avenida N. Parking Garage behind the restaurant. Live Music offered every Friday & Saturday night from 9pm-11pm. After Hour bar bites available 9pm - 10pm. Brunch served every Saturday & Sunday from 11:30am-3pm.

We had an wonderful experience. The food, cocktails, service, and live entertainment were all top notch. I look forward to returning soon.

I reserved a table at 945pm and received a call from the restaurant an hour before, which I appreciated. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and was seated right away. The only two downfalls: I had to wave down a waiter after being seated for several minutes. The waiter was unsure who was serving our table but advised that he would serve out table. The food was tasty and flavorful but it took longer than necessary to deliver the baked chicken. Several tables received food first, though me and my date ordered first. Overall a great experience.

My wife and I picked Kulture for our 11th anniversary. We loved Kulture pre pandemic. Live jazz, minimal amps, and really good food. A unique, almost listening room feel. this 2024 Kulture is no different than the other restaurants now, with a band that doesnt adjust their sound to the acoustics of the room and food that was way too salty. Still a great location and venue design, bit music selection and chef need to be re-evaluated

It would be helpful if Kulture updated their website to align with what was actually on the menu. In that this was our first time there we went to the website to have an idea of what we would like to try. When we arrived and viewed the menu there were several things not on the menu and when we asked the waitress about it she confirmed that the menu on the website was old and the items we mentioned were not being served. The menu was limited, and the food was not bad just not exceptional in my opinion. We were a party of 2 and gratuity of 20% is automatically added, wasn't thrilled about that but was ok in that our service was good. Was very pleased with the live entertainment during our visit

The host who confirmed my reservation was polite and helpful. Courtney was an amazing server and I look forward to having her again. The music was wonderful.
