We enjoyed our dining experience even though we are not rum drinkers. Best Ahi on the island we’ve had.

The staff was very accommodating and sat us down earlier than our reservation. We got drinks before the rest of our party arrived. The menu was varied as were the drinks. Several of us ordered the Moco Loco which had been recommended to us by a tour guide we had spent the day with several days before. It did not disappoint!! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Waikoloa Beach area.

Located in the Queens Market, the Rum Shack offers both good drinks and tasty food. Been here before but this time we took advantage of a $1 Mai Tai offer which was available if you had a boarding pass that showed you landed on the island within the last 24 hours.

Waited 20 minutes for server to come by. Wasted 20 minutes as server never came.

Just ok. The quesadillas had hardly any meat in it. The short rib was over cooked. Cool setting and nice breeze. They didn’t give you a receipt to make sure everything looked good. They just told me the total and handed me a visa machine

Excellent food, drinks and service. Steak was very slightly overcooked but quickly remedied. Definitely recommend their Old Fashioned made with their signature rum.
