    We came here from a friend’s recommendation and so glad we did. I had the pear martini, smoked tuna poke and blue plate grilled bacon wrapped meatloaf. The flavors were amazing, can’t say enough great things about the Kounter. Chef Rob is brilliant.

    Had the trout and it was perfection! As usual, all the food and the service was amazing.

    This was one of the most unique dining experiences we have ever had. The Smoking Tuna Poke was the most unique dish with an amazing plethora of flavors - the highlight of our experience. The Chicken Waffle Sushi was top notch and the Asian Black Wings were terrific. You can honestly make an evening of sharing these delicious dishes. The wait staff were very professional and the service was terrific. Highly, highly recommend. There is a unique dish for every palate and the prices are excellent for food of this quality!

    Went to Kounter for Sunday late brunch. Our waitress was slow and forgetful….BUT the food and drinks were excellent.

    I loved the place first time for dinner. I been there for breakfast a few times love it. Twice for love. Very cute fun great food. 💙💙💙💙💙

    This was our 3rd time at Kounter and each time we have visited, it has been fantastic! The food was awesome, and I appreciated that they have a few “mocktails” on their cocktail menu! Highly recommend.

    Wish that there was less sound bounce so conversations would be easier. But food is divine, service impeccable and convenience with parking and location is a real plus. Lucky to have Kounter in Rock Hill!

    Overall good experience. Unfortunately, the dining area is very loud - hard surfaces and tables close to full capacity. Tuna Poke appetizer was awesome tasting, but the tuna was sparse (I think we split about 10 small cubes of tuna). Entrées were excellent - trout and meatloaf.
