   The food was excellent and the cocktails were very creative and fun. Will definitely be back next time we are in Nashville

   Food was amazing. Longer than usual wait time to get our food but it arrived hot and delicious.

   Music and ambiance were great. Food was excellent. Service was top tier. We will be back.

   Great new addition to Nashville’s restaurant scene. Hits on all- great chef owner, staff, vibe, and experience. Hope it can survive for locals and not just tourists. Locals need to support.

   we had the best time at kosho!! our server was named Joyous and she was exactly that. we loved every small plate we tried, big love to the chicken yakitori and the garlic noodles omg they were amazing. the drinks were perfect, i had a no.9 twice it was so good. service was impeccable, atmosphere was top with a great sound track. we will certainly be back it was so fun! thanks so much Joyous!!!

   I could not rave more about this restaurant! My husband and I moved here in June and have been missing Shabu! We have been on a search to find a good Shabu place and we finally found it! We were so impressed! I think good Shabu, with good sauces, is hard to do and they did it! Not only with the Shabu but also with all the other menu items! The ahi toast was the best ahi I have had in a long time! Nice big and fresh pieces! The service was also amazing! The owner, Jeff, came by to check on our meal and so did the Chef, Nick! We will be back and I highly recommend you try them out also, I think you will be impressed!

   Kosho was great. This was our first Japanese food since we returned from our Japan vacation and the everything was terrific! The salmon crudo was like butter and the chicken karage just like in Japan.

   The Raw bar menu was the highlight of the evening! The croquettes and the wagyu short rib skewers were really good as well.

    Food and service was amazing. Loved the tuna toast, and the banana pudding. Favorite was the wagyu skewer!
