The place was nice, ambience was ok , pretty quiet nice low kpop ambience music. The service was also good , as for the food, my friends liked it as they are not used to Korean food, but if you are a Korean food lover like me... I had the bulgogi bibimbap and I found it pretty bland, and overall unseasoned I had to ask for soja , gochuang or other sauces to dress it a bit... The bulgogi was soft but again a bit insipid. The mocktails tho were amazing.

It was lovely dinner we had with my friends, we find it a little bit overpriced and serving was a bit small so we had to order a lot. The cooker automatically adjusts so if you don’t keep an eye the heat will go down and it will undercook your meat. The staff were lovely and accomodating. Overall the experience was good, will definitely go back.

The place is amazing and it's family friendly. The food is absolutely nice and worth the price. I think a slight issue is when it gets busy there is some communication that is lost. For example we ordered a set meal and the part of the meal is unlimited lettuce and tea. I have to ask 3 people to top up our lettuce and the tea was never brought to our table.

Overall a wonderful experience, excellent service with impeccable food, we loved it and will definitely visit again. 😊

This was our second trip. We returned for the food. Last time there were lots of mishaps with our order. This time again, the main course arrived after We had finished the accompanying noodles, which arrived a long time before. We had the beef teriyaki, which was exquisite last time. This time it was too wet and soggy. The chicken noodles and seafood pancakes were VERY good. Customers on another table were also complaining about slow service. I feel the food is amazing, but they need to work on serving times and making sure the parts of the meal which go together arrive together

Everything was great apart from the service charge which was added for the value of £30+. Considering we cooked our own food 🤷‍♀️
