Kooma Asian Fusion & Sushi Bar brings a modern, fine dining touch to the traditional experience. We get our name from owner Scott Kim’s favorite restaurant he frequented as a child in Seoul, South Korea. It was during these meals with his father where Scott discovered his passion for food and hospitality.

We use the best quality ingredients available. We are known for our incredibly fresh and well-prepared sushi, sashimi and rolls. We also offer authentic Asian dishes with our own modern flair added, such as our Stonepot Bibimbap, which is a traditional Korean dish that you’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere else. Our carefully curated cocktails contain unique ingredients such as sake, soju, lychee and yuzu. We also have a wide selection of wine and sake to complement our dishes.

We are located in the heart of the beautiful and bustling King of Prussia Town Center. Dine in our sleek and modern dining room, happy hour at the bar or sit outside on our all weather patio.

Our server was so lovely and the food was delicious as always. My only complaint is that we were sat at a high top next to the bar, and there was a group of people huddled right next to our table and standing up behind the bar stools. They were blocking the walkway for the server and also so close to our table that we couldn’t really hear each other at times. The men in the group were really loud and obnoxious on top of being in everyone’s way. I’m also a server so I found it really annoying that people were standing around the bar like that in such a narrow space. Management needs to be on top of that for the server’s sake because I felt really bad watching all the servers and support staff struggling to get around the group of people.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Kooma and had mixed feelings about the experience. I made a reservation for six people three days in advance, hoping for a memorable evening. However, upon arrival, we were seated close to the door, which was quite uncomfortable. Every time the door opened, a cold draft swept through, making it hard to enjoy our meal. As for the food, it was just okay—nothing particularly special. I even left some of my meal unfinished, which is unusual for me. Overall, while the company made the evening enjoyable, the seating and food didn’t quite meet my expectations. I hope they can improve on these aspects in the future.

Prices have gone up but the food is still so very good! I wish there had been more vegetables (the cabbage salad was minimal) with the tonkatsu lunch special but all of the flavors were great.

Everything from the service to the food was incredible. I am shocked that although I live in the area that this was my first time here. 10/10 highly recommend. I would definitely suggest reservations if you don't get there right when they open. Even the bar was completely full by 6pm. We had the gyoza appetizer (amazing) 2 sushi rolls each (also amazing) and even got noodle dishes to go because the table next to us had them and we couldn't leave without them. The noodles held up very well and were so good as dinner the following day.
