Helmed by Chef Jun; a Korean born master of his craft with over 25 years of culinary experience, Kong ’s BBQ is an original Korean barbeque restaurant - with authentic charcoal grills.
Paired back timber interiors contrast to the industrial feel of black exhaust fans, creating an impressive yet inviting ambiance.
Pleasure-seekers and barbecue enthusiasts can head to the bar to order and marvel at the butcher-like selection of premium cut meats. Choose between world-class high marble score wagyu, marinated beef ribs, scotch fillet or try the pork belly doused in a house-made secret sauce.

Really big spacious venue, not too many tables cramped together. Didn't have to wait very long because we had a reservation. I love the value of the happy hour offer. The fact that meat, sushi, other food AND drinks are included in the price is amazing. The selection of meat was incredible as well, I've never seen Tuna Steak offered at an all you can eat KBBQ. The staff was also very accomodating with us as we had last minute changes to the number of attendees in our party. I'm very impressed and will happily return.

High quality meat, a good choice of ready-to-eat hot food and unlimited drinks. Great value for money. A little bit too crowded and quite noisy, but overall is tolerable.

Try not to go on busy nights, e.g. Fri, Sat, Sun. Even though I made a booking for my birthday my group and I had to wait half an hour for the table. It's very unfortunate watching the staff run around and constantly being questioned by customers if they have a table for them. I understand busy nights as it can be very stressful however, there should be a specific process in place for bookings and customers waiting for tables (waitlist). There's no line either, just a large crowd of people gathering around the front entrance hoping to get a table.

We brought an ice cream cake for my partners birthday which cost $79.95. It was not a cheap cake. We kindly asked if it could be put in the freezer upon arrival. When we cut the cake it was clearly not kept in the freezer and melted everywhere on the table and we could not enjoy the cake. We were going to take the leftovers with us and clearly told the staff that and the staff threw away the rest of the cake in front of us. We were really unhappy with the staff and service.

Kong's BBQ offers great value - food selection was awesome, the cooked dishes were delicious, and the meats for grilling were of good quality. Unlimited drinks and ice cream were also included. We will be dining there again.
