Introducing Sushi Sundays at Kona Grill, where you can indulge in ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT Traditional Sushi Rolls starting at just $39 for adults & $19 for kids, including soup and salad. Upgrade your experience to Specialty Rolls or Nigiri for just $10 more. Restrictions: Reservations required. Dine-in only. No sharing. 90 minute maximum. Guests may order 2 rolls on first order and after that 1 roll per order. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

The server was really nice. Drink took forever. Food was meh. We won’t be going back.

Not a good experience. First, this place is LOUD! There's a DJ pumping music and overhead speakers above every table. It is difficult to have a conversation. The place was about half full, yet they somehow ran out of water glasses. They were pouring tap water into wine glasses. The beer list is pathetic. This is Portland and they had no NW craft beer options. The only IPA offered is Lagunitas. The food was so-so at best. I had the poke bowl. It was so dry that I borrowed some of the sauce from the potstckers appetizer. Meanwhile, my wife's salad was so overdressed that she wound up with limp lettuce swimming in liquid. And then there's the price. For four, with mediocre food, the bill was $220! There are MANY better options.

Birthday friend chose Kona Grill...it didn't disappoint. In fact, personable friendly service raised the bar!

Some meals definitely better than others. Feels like it is on the expensive side for what ya get. Service was good. Our server was attentive. I would go back for their cocktails and spicy shrimp. Tempura. I loved the Patio Bubbles drink.

Service is always very slow. The waiters bring the main courses out just after the appetizers arrive. I have had this happen three times now. It’s very annoying.

Overall nice restaurant and great ambiance. Music was way too loud, couldn’t hear each other talk at the table- had to shout. We were there for 2 hours and waiting 45-1 hour for our food, which was only okay for a $22 burger and $30 piece of chicken. Came out kind of cold. Cocktails were expensive but at least came out in a decent size. Our server was very nice but wish they would have pushed harder to get our food out. Couple behind us waited just as long too. Not sure we’d return. A bit too pricey for what it is.

Service was excellent. We went during happy hour which is offered throughout the restaurant. The Wagyu fried rice and sauce were delicious. Pinot Gris or Cab on the happy hour menu would be great. Our friends really liked the meatballs.
