Ordered a medium rare prime rib. Was served super well done prime rib. Texas Roadhouse does a far superior job for half the price. If you don’t have med rare then just come tell me and I’ll order something else but to bring well done at the same time as everyone else’s food leaves me no choice but to gnaw at the leather I was served. Sending it back just ruins the whole experience too as I watch everyone else eat and then hold them all up with me eating when they have finished. For a place that charges this much for food, do better. I’ll never be back which is a shame because I live close by. For the same price, Wild Rose is 1000% better.

We have now dined twice. The first time we had better service but a huge mistake on orders and charges and so I called after and spoke with management. They said please ask for us next time you come in. that event was less than a month ago. ...skip to today. We go for my daughters birthday. We mark the occasion on OpenTable, We inform hostess upon being seated were here for a birthday and that the manager said to inform them next time we came in and that they would take care of us. Skip to ordering. We got sat at 4:33 and placed all food orders at 4:46. The restaurant was slow given the time we expected that. A few tables came in after we had put our order in. We order 3 appetizers, 1 kids' meals, and the three adult meals. 2 steaks and 1 sushi dinner. These dinners came with salads, drinks, and dessert. At approximately 5:15, we still had not got any appetizers. 2 damage and 1 meatball order. Other tables that came in after us had received their appetizers. Our server literally spent that entire time at the bar chatting. Finally, our appetizers came out along with the kids' pizza and salads. Which inevitably were made wrong and pur server noticed and said she would have them remade but literally all they did was pick off the tomatoes we requested not be in the salad as there were leftover tomatoes in the bottom of the salads. But the timing of the service was just bad. Like read the table bad. You dont bring 3 appetizers together as well as salads and a kids'pizza all at the same time. You space things apart. But because our server was too busy ,lirting instead of taking care of tables thus happened. The 3 other meals were brought to us 5 minutes after the appetizers were brought out. With 2 items such as steak and potatoes and a choice ifofetting the other food go cold o, obviously chose to eat the steak and let the other items go. I had hoped at his point the manager would come over. Never happened,and we left again disappointed in them.

Celebrated New Years Eve early. Had Rex as our waiter, he was very attentive but not overly. Our first time there and I will certainly go back. The food was delicious, we had macadamia chicken, it was perfect, also the salmon which I was told was perfect, a hamburger for the little one which she said was one of the best and a “well done” steak for my son. It was definitely a great meal.

I will not be back! I ordered the $39 special. The 2 ounce steak (yes 2 oz) was triangular in shape, over cooked and grisly. The fingerling potatoes were dry and under seasoned. We waited 25 minutes for our dessert to be served. We had to go to the bar to remind our server we had ordered dessert. The only positive was the green salad. Horrible food and terrible service!!

Our brunch at Kona Grill was terrible! We were the first customers in the door, yet it took 40 minutes to bring our food to us. The Rocky Mountain Omelet ($22) was supposed to have smoked ham, roasted red peppers, gouda and cheddar cheese. The egg was so paper thin that I could see through it. The ham was shaved lunchmeat and was very thin. It did have cheddar cheese as advertised, but no gouda cheese. The chicken fried chicken ($35) and chicken fried steak ($39) were not freshly made but were obviously premade and out of a package. The breading was almost nonexistent. The breakfast potatoes were also out of a package and were very dry. The Sunrise Burger ($24) was good - no complaints. The food didn't taste bad, but it was so disappointing to get fast food quality food in a more upscale eating establishment. Our waiter was also the bartender, and he was terrible! He was very unattentive. However, he was very attentive to the Manager's friends that were a couple of tables away from us. After a lengthy time, we had to flag our waiter down to ask for coffee refills. He brought 2 cups of coffee to one person with the explanation that he brought 2 cups "in case I don't get back here." He never did return with more creamer. We will NOT return to this restaurant for brunch.

We were excited to try Kona Grill but left a bit disappointed. The quality of the food was subpar for what you were paying for it. The service was exceptional but the food was not. My husband ordered a steak and it came out on the most boring looking plate. It was a $15 dollar steak that we paid $50 for. No color, no excitement and it was on a huge plate for only having a steak and mashed potatoes on it. Let’s add some color, flavor and maybe some vegetables! Wish we could say we’d come back but we probably won’t.

Service was ok but the food was not. Stuffing was dry breadcrumbs, turkey way over cooked and dry and while mentioning we did not receive the green beans the meal said on the menu it came with as part of their Christmas menu the gentleman argued with us.

We had a great time eating dinner on Christmas Eve! Our waitress was happy to be there and so happy to serve us. The food was delicious and the ambiance was fun. We loved sitting by the big fish tank.
