I love this restaurant and come as often as I can. The food is amazing and for my birthday the staff wrote me a birthday card which was so kind. Will be returning!

Our waitress was ok. Started off a little rocky but it got better. I ordered a margarita flight which comes with 3 frozen margaritas. When I received it, I got one watermelon, a lime and one IDK what flavor. I asked for strawberry but no clue what it was. None of the margaritas were dressed. When asked why was there no salt or sugar on the rim, she had no idea she simply said we don’t do that on the flights. That was a new one to for me but I dropped it, honestly didn’t feel like debating. My did order the rubs and said they were burnt. She was happy to return those for something different. My daughter ordered the cilantro chicken and same issue had to return it for something different. She was very accommodating.

We had to continually wave our server over to get service. She was hanging out at the hostess station with other employees.

I was very disappointed in the meal. Three of us shared the Shrimp Tempura appetizer-way too much sauce on the shrimp making it more gummy vs crisp tempura texture. The stir fry was fine but very little protein. The chicken was very dry on the macadamia nut plate. With tip the bill was just over $150 -for lunch. The staff was friendly and attentive but I don’t go to restaurant to pay for friendly staff-that’s expected.

Took advantage of the Restaurant Week Menu and the prime rib was excellent. The North Star mall location is noisy and the large showcase windows detract from the ambiance but the price, service and quality of the food transcend these flaws.

I have to admit my first impression when I strolled into the establishment was a bit overwhelming. However, after being greeted at the host stand with the utmost respect from the hostess my mind was put at ease. That set the mood for the rest of the night. The attentiveness of the entire staff, they're dedication, and overall mood far exceeded expectations. Menu options were definitely select, drink selections made to perfection. To the bartender whom eloquently constructed our drinks my hats of to you. To our server Damien, brother you knocked it out of the park last night. Anytime I go back and I have a party with me or I make any type of reservations there I will be requesting you as my server every single time you have an unrealistic energy and you are an amazing person. Lastly, thank you so much for the top tier dessert. It was truly the proverbial icing on the cake. -Chef Steven

The waiter was very inattentive, he was not coherent when we spoke to him or when we asked him questions. I’m not sure if he was hard of hearing, if that was the case I understand. He also didn’t check on our table frequently enough for refills or if anything else was needed, he completely forgot about the dessert we ordered, he FORGOT to take one of our orders which means the whole table’s food came out and one of our guests had to wait while everyone else ate. Our order came out wrong, that wasn’t his fault but he said it happened about 5 different times that same night, come on now, the atmosphere was nice the restaurant was clean but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t have the patience of a Buddhist.

Food was okay, a little bland and not worth the price. Portions should be more for the pricing they are charging, especially since you are connected to a mall. Service was more fast food customer service.
