    Wanted more than supposed to , to be seated. Food didn’t come all in the same time , we were 5, three of us got their food, an the other two had to wait over 30 min, we couldn’t eat the dinner together as a family because of the poor service , had to call the waiter, the. We waited additional 15-20 min, because looks like they didn’t even order it from the first place . Even when the first part of food came in, the burger came in first, the the fries after 10-15 mins, not acceptable and defiantly this is poor service. Spirit options are not in the minute, the waiter had to go and take picture for the whisky options and bring the picture so I can choose something . Drinks came in late even thought it was not that busy . Had gift cards to use, it says the gift card can be used on 1/1/2025, and when we paid, it was that date, yet they couldn’t process it so I-paid cash. Over all the service was not good at all, the as Vegas sushi was terrible, I eat Las Vegas rolls everywhere, this wa the worst, the fish didn’t taste good at all. The service , I believe her name Tee , very nice person. Very kind, didn’t want to leave such review, but for the prices , te service was very poor an I don’t recommend anyone to raise their money to have such service .

    Food was good, we had a steak dinner special. 39 bucks for a great salad, a 6oz steak, desert and a glass of wine. Not a bad price. Steak was good, salad great and cheesecake was cheesecake. Server was great, and ambiance was nice. Surprised it wasn't more busy, it should be. S9me of their plates at regular price could be a little pricey though.

    Our dinner was very good but our server "T" was outstanding. She had the right amount of checking in and giving time. Her attitude and personality was infectious. The food was good but the service will bring us back and hope to have T again.

    Trying to keep this short and sweet… We will never eat here again! Restaurant is terribly managed and organized, and food quality is very poor. Service from the weight staff sushi, chefs, and hostesses was good. The restaurant overall is just very unorganized and again the food quality is subpar at best. Total waste of money and we still left their hungry! Think of this as like the Applebee’s of sushi -trying to be a regular restaurant on top of that!

    This was our first time at Kona Grill, we shouldn't have on on Christmas BUT you would think that they would be better prepared since they are open on Christmas. We got there at 8pm with a reservation and got seated within 15 minutes, BUT then waited for literally 1 hr before our food got to our table. When the food came, my husbands steak was warm at best, the potatoes looked like they were scraps from the bottom of a bowl, my son's Wagyu fried rice was cold, meat undercooked almost raw, after bringing this up to the manager he of course apologized and comped our food but still we left hungry since we couldn't eat our dinner. Not a good experience at all. I will say that our young lady server was very sweet and attentive. Kuddos to all the wait staff and hostesses keeping their cool cause that place was a zoo.

    Overbooked for Christmas and disappointment! We booked a reservation beforehand and when we arrived, there was a line out the door with other people who also had reservations but were not immediately seated. After speaking with staff, we quickly realized that whoever was in charge of booking reservations overbooked by a wide margin. This led to your kitchen getting two hours behind schedule. We decided to stay largely because our waitress was amazing and was very honest about the situation. We witnessed others, who didn’t have the patience, get up and leave. We heard staff say multiple times that this overbooking was worse last Christmas and is controlled by the owners of Kona Grill. Your company. I plead with you, be better. You can still maintain your profit margins by booking an appropriate amount of reservations on a night like Christmas. I don’t know if this was the result of greed or sheer incompetence but it’s unacceptable. By the time we received our food, the items we received were not what we ordered. Brussels sprouts instead of green beans because the kitchen “ran out.” Again, a lack of preparation that was completely preventable. Your staff at this location are amazing and were incredibly apologetic of a situation you put them in. It’s not fair to them or your customers to be put in that position.

    Very disappointing experience. We had made an OpenTable reservation for 7:15 on Christmas Day. We were seated in a reasonable time, but were told after we sat down that our food wait would be at least an hour. It ended up being closer to two hours. The restaurant clearly accepted too many reservations for Christmas Day and was unable to accommodate everyone. Multiple tables got up and walked out while we were there. Our server was great and extremely apologetic. We thought that there would be a discount on everyone’s bill, but it wasn’t the case. We left our server a generous tip - since he wasn’t at fault. For a couple of iced teas and entrees, along with our tip, we paid $105 for the lousy experience.
