Service was super slow. Tables around us weren’t bussed for the entire hour we were there. Food was underwhelming for the price. Sushi roll was small and the shrimp tempura looked like 4 mangled up shrimp in a bowl. Very disappointing. Drinks were good though.

The place has tire staff working there. They need energetic people and more professional. It was dirty. Floors were very dirty. Specially the patio was very abandoned. Our waitress was nice but it seem to be slow for the empty tables they had. They need to be professional.

The air was broken on the second floor so it was really hot upstairs and the food and drinks took really long to come. But the ambiance was really good and our server was super sweet.

The service and food are outstanding. The manger of this store is very professional and pleasant. Really enjoyed the taste and quality of the food. We also enjoyed are drinks from the bar. We will be back again real soon.

We waited 40 minutes to an hour to receive our food and the restaurant didn’t appear to be busy. Maybe they were short staffed(?) when the food finally came to us the sauce on my burrito was congealed like it had been sitting around and the burrito was also burnt. The bun on my daughter’s burger was very hard.

I booked a reservation and clearly stated that we would be celebrating a Birthday that day. The server never acknowledged it throughout the dinner. Other people had celebrations going on and the servers brought out sparklers along with dessert to acknowledge the person being celebrated. Meanwhile the person that was supposed to receive something at my table didn’t receive anything. I talked to the manager about this and he brought out a sparkler in an empty wine glass. This showed a lack of class and customer service.

It was great celebrating my nieces engagement. The food was excellent, burger too done but very flavorful. Waiter was excellent!
