Restaurant was underataffed causing a delay. Our hostess was great for the 2 minutes we actually interacted with her. The food was so so. I had the Pad Tai but the noodles were very gummy. My wife had sushi which was ok.

We waited 90 minutes for sushi. It wasn’t even that busy. So slow! The food was good when they finally brought it out.

Chili's food at a Cameron Mitchell price We were seated right away and after that things went down hill. It was at least 15 minutes before anyone stopped at our table to greet us. It was the Manager. She apologized and took our drink order. After 15 minutes my wine was served in a champagne flute, because they didn't have any clean wine glasses, from the bar 5 feet from our table. I needed another minute to decide, but our server was gone another 15 minutes before returning to take our order. It was a solid 45 minutes before we placed our food order. It was about then that I started to really notice other tables were not enjoying themselves as well. I over heard one table discussing their experience with the manager. The manager told them that someone had called off and the kitchen was running about an hour late. I heard the table on the other side of us talking about their two hour wait. Not long after they received two sushi rolls, and we're being told their 3rd would be out at some point. A 3rd couple stopped at our table on their way out and offered us their coupon since they weren't waiting any longer. We were about to take a loss and go next door for tacos but our food finally arrived. I could tell right away that my food had sat for a bit. The sauce on the mashed potatoes had crusted over. The potatoes were just above room temperature the chicken and green beans were warm but not hot. However the pad Thai was hot, so the kitchen's timing was off. We ate and were disappointed by the cost. Wine, a mixed drink, chicken with potatoes, and pad thai was $95. We expected way better service and quality for that price. To top it off, we noticed the tables around us had not been bussed. We went to do some shopping at a nearby store after leaving, and walked by Kona Grill about a half hour later. We could see through the windows that nobody bothered to clean the tables by even then. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Food was subpar at best service was horrible. Took a long time to get our drinks and even longer to get our appetizer there wasn’t that many other customers as well so there should’ve been no reason why it took so long.

TERRIBLE food & service! Restaurant was half empty & we were taken upstairs and sat in a corner by the restroom, beautiful restaurant but stuffed in a corner looking at a Pac-Man machine. Service was so slow, our server disappeared for long periods. We ordered an app and were done before she came back to take our dinner order. Ordered Kona stir fry with chicken, it showed up without chicken!!! Server said “I’ll go get you some chicken & you can throw it on top”. Um okay? My husband didn’t even eat it, the rice was hard clumps. I ordered Pad Thai with chicken & it was horrible. Dry, no sauce with overcooked sticky noodles & minced chicken. These entrees were $30 each and not worth a dime! 0/10 I do not recommend…

Melissa was our server and she was wonderful. The food and interaction with the staff was great. We enjoyed sushi and some of their signature cocktails both were delicious and well-presented.

We left after 10 minutes of being seated with nobody coming to the table to greet us or even offer water. We had purposefully selected the restaurant for the food choices as well as the ability to seat “outside”. It was a beautiful evening out! When we arrived we didn’t see an outside area so asked at check in and she said yes we have outside seating -“by the windows”. All of the windows were closed - there was no outside seating. The lack of service to go with it made it easy to just leave and go down the block to sit truly outside and enjoy the evening fresh air.

Everything was great for our dinner. Our server Tyesha was outstanding attending to everything for my birthday and my mother's birthday. The food, the drinks were great and worth the price be paid. When we return, we will be asking for Tyesha to be our server again.

The food and drinks were great! My bartender, Kyle, was fantastic and helped me pick out a drink that I really liked. I will definitely be back.
