Took over an hour to get food. The starters wernt even done before the main entres were served. The salmon was hard and mashed potatoes were cold. The food was expensive but tasted like frozen food youd buy from the market.

Delay in food preparation, no table decoration for Val’s day and has to wait for 30mins after arrival before confirming our table. Overall poor services. Thumbs up to the server lady but rest was poor

We waited for an hour for our food. Even after 1 hour, the waitress could not give us an eta. Even though it was Valentine’s Day, there was no excuse for the service. Our waitress was ghost several times and never came over to update us about our order under after 60 minutes. Completely disappointed with the service. The management came over and just cancelled our order, big deal. Also. Our reservation was for 8:30 and as of 9:40 we still did have the food we ordered. Terrible!!!!

The service was so poor that we were only able to order two appetizers and some sodas. The apps were not very good and the service was so bad we never got around to ordering entrees. Those two apps and sodas totaled $65. For what we received this was one of the worst values I have encountered in a casual dining restaurant. 1 star and that is being generous.

The food came out quickly and was very delicious. The service was amazing. The price though was high compared to other restaurants of its kind.

We usually like Kona Grill. They have a very good happy hour. Today was good, but the SeaBass wasn’t up to par and was pretty small offering for $44 Drinks were good and the cucumber salad was excellent. Sushi was as good as always.

Our server was very nice and knowledgeable but there was long wait times for him to come back to our table. It took awhile for our food to arrive. The food was good though.

I met my cousin there for restaurant week. I had been at Kong Grill before where she has not. When we got there , we were seated upstairs. Waitress came and asked if we wanted water and then came back for our order. We waited over an house for our food. This also included a flight of margaritas I ordered too. The food was okay but somewhat overcook. The waitress did not check on us as often as she should have. I understand it was restaurant week but they could have been more prepared for the increase number of guests.
